Hacked Gaming Account - Lords Mobile, IGG won't help.
I have a game profile under my FB account. Somehow, even after I've changed my password several times, another person is able to log into my Lords Mobile game account. IGG has asked me for 10 screenshots or previous orders to prove that I own the login info. I've provided them with 8 as I cannot find the other 2 they are asking for. With that, they will not continue to help me and end up in an endless loop email back and forth. Why can't they do research with the information I give them? I'm stuck at a Tier 1 representative who won't forward my info to their backend to resolve.
