My embarrassing predicament

I had to ring up spoke to a very nice man, when I explained what had happened re my payment. He was so kind and told me not to worry everything would be alright, he put my mind at rest which made me feel a lot better. So a big thank you to him, excellent treatment from the company Igloo.

Crossed Meter problem

Igloo resolved a problem with my Meter being crossed with a neighbour quickly and sufficiently, saving me money in the future.
After looking into how you are charged for your energy has taught me a lot and I shall stay with Igloo for now because of their good prices.

Igloo has a great customer service

Igloo has a great customer service experience, and the pricing is both competitive and cheaper than other electrical providers by far, Highly recommended for an all round highly competitive and efficient service.

I was happy with Igloo during the time…

I was happy with Igloo during the time I stopped with them. Unfortunately, I had to leave them due to sudden untimely price rise.

As we believe on treating all customers the same, we only have one single variable tariff. I appreciate there is never a good time for a price increase, however, we do not have any exit fees, so customers can switch away at any time, as we do not believe in tying customers to contracts.

Wanted to change the date of my DD

Wanted to change the date of my DD. Was straight forward and done quite quickly. Would prefer more feed back after sending in meter readings. Not sure when I get my bill now. Otherwise happy with Igloo.

I am glad you found the service of changing the direct debit quick and easy, we strive to deliver excellent customer service and keep things straightforward, so we're pleased you're happy.

In regard to the feedback for meter reading, the quickest and easiest way you can submit them is via our app/website or you can email us team@igloo.energy, and we can get those added for you.

We’ll send you your first statement a month after you switch over to us. You’ll then receive a bill each month going forward. Your bill date will be the same as the date your switch to us completes.

If there's anything you need, please do reach out as we're always happy to help.

I am happy with my transfer to Igloo.

I am happy with my transfer to Igloo and have found the staff to be helpful, supportive, friendly and courteous. I would particularly like to mention Peaches who helped me with some transfer issues and maintained good communication throughout.

I like Igloo Energy and their customer…

I like Igloo Energy and their customer service agents are very helpful. Unfortunately, Igloo does not offer an off peak tarrif for people with EV cars, nor does it provide smart meters for people who have solar panels. This is why I have left Igloo Energy for my Electric supply.

Igloo are great!

Igloo have been great, only signed up with them at the end of May when I moved house but they have been really helpful throughout, very good, simple to understand customer portal and very prompt customer support. You can’t ask for anything else!

New customer giving 4 stars. First quote was good but within couple of weeks a price increase was applied. Would have been happier to have news of the increased price on first negotiations. Other than that Service so far has been very acceptable.

It's gas and electric, exactly the same from who ever you get it from unlike anything else you buy. So please just keep the price as low as possible.
