Poor Customer Service
It seems Igloo customer service has declined somewhat. Switched them recently for a cheaper deal.Just outside of the cooling off period I am informed prices are increasing by 12%.
Switch is completed lose smart meter fuctionality call customer service and it is a recorded message!
Being asked to provide manual meter readings as the smart meters appear to have gone dumb even though they are second generation. No warning that readings are required and estimates automatically applied.
I am looking forward to a nightmare sorting out the bills with this company and will be switching again ASAP.

Igloo well i recommend actually
I moved to Igloo few years ago and dont regret it, they answer your queries very quickly, website excellent, prices overall very good. the do struggle with me having solar panels and spend more money in winter but have now changed me my meter (easy organised) so will see how it goes this year. Downside: too many people reply to one email and often get different opinions which is confusing, upside: they mean well. overall would recommend as other companies i have never listened at all at least Igloo try!

Have recently transferred to Igloo . All the prices went up after I joined… bad timing perhaps….
