They sent me a medium and the size was too small (their mediums are VERY SMALL) the company refused to exchange it for a larger size even though I offered to pay all the shipping costs so they would not be out of pocket. Do not give your money to this company. They do not care about their customers. They sent an email allowing me to give feedback, and the link leads to a website that my browser flagged as a dangerous website and strongly recommended to not visit as there was a high chance I could have data stolen. The warning said "Your connection is not private

SCAM fake company. Ripped off 100$ for a fake ass parka.

It Last me like 3 months using it like once a week on winter. Very very bad quality, I'm so disappointed. The price supposed to be half price offer, well that half price is a ripped.
I would never spend on them again.

Extremely poor quality. I had ordered a parka looking their picture. When I received parka, it does not match with the product. When I complained of the same, they didnt allow to return. Very poor customer service. Never buy from them.

If you want to return 2 coats you wont get your credit back. don't by there. no customer service

I ordered a coat from iglooparka. I received it was not happy with the product. Talk to support and they said they could only refund half my money. Mind you I paid 85.00 for coat.what a rip off.I will never recommend this site to any one .

We ordered a men's parka. Ultimately the coat is a failure because it doesn't fit as advertised. The coat is very well made with excellent materials. But their size chart is not accurate at all. The finished coats are at least two sizes too small and do not measure anywhere near the body measurements they indicate.

It's too bad really. We got ours on sale, so I will donate it to charity. According to their size chart, I needed to purchase an XS for my husband. This didn't make sense, so I purchased a medium. The medium indicates it should be for a chest measurement of 114cm -- it is not. On a 102 cm man, it remained open by 7cm.

Then I ordered an XL -- for a chest measurement of 124cm. It just arrived and barely fits -- with a chest measurement of only 117 cm.

I don't know where their manufacturing went wrong, but it would solve problems for customers if they only changed their size chart to reflect their finished product sizes.

On top of this, they will not exchange coats, nor will they refund the full amount on the coats. This could be really contentious for some people.

My rating would be a 1* if not for the quality of the coat. So I'm giving 2*. Just the sizes are completely wrong.

For men -- the XL = Small
the Medium = XXS

This coat is not properly sized and made (poorly) in China. The company refuses to send a refund and says “they can’t afford a return slip” and will just ghost you after a while and send unauthorized ads. Don’t be fooled by the fake friendly emails, this brand is a joke and a scam.

I really hope that any and everyone reading this will save their money... the navy blue coat is nothing like described. It's paper thin, the sizes run differently than other coat brands. And most importantly it took several weeks to receive product with limited communication and then finally it'll let you know when it's about to leave from Shang hi in China!!!!! Dont waste your time. Please!!! I gave the coat away to a homeless man right off the highway. Really it wasn't even good enough for him...

This has been THE worst purchase I have EVER made. I purchased a jacket from this company firstly it took 2 weeks to make it stateside. When it got here it got held in customs for a week ( this is normal hold times for customs) then it sat at an undisclosed location where I pinged where it was and it was no postal service or delivery warehouse anywhere in the vicinity. It then left this location and was delivered 1week and a half later. When I got it the fit ran smaller than the size chart and it look different from what the picture displayed. Throughout this process the communication with Igloo was deathly slow. They did offer to refund me however twice they advised that they refunded me and I have yet 1 month later still have not seen a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE!!!!

The quality of their product is TERRIBLE. The stitching in the pockets starting opening within a week and then the inside of the jacket stitching started to come apart about a week later. Just absolute terrible quality. Don’t waste your money on this company!

You can't return the item and they told me in emails refund will be issued which I've NEVER received after weeks, emailing them repeatedly to only be ignored! 2x jacket is a medium size! 22 days wait time for coat to arrive!!

I have had the same experience as many. The product is very cheap material. I was surprised for $100 that is was so crappy. I am a 12/14 in women's...this parka would fit a kid. They want me to measure me and then prove to them that the jacket is too small. I bought the next size up just to make sure. It isn't big enough to close around my body. Then they mention they are a small company and cannot afford return labels, which is BS. They ship all over the world. Pretty insulting if one would take it that way. To say I am unimpressed would be an understatement.

Someone wrote: save yourself the time and buy from Columbia, you'll get a much better product.

I'll be getting the money back from the CC and they can eat that 'profit'. Pretty disgusting that these guys think they can rip people off, so blatantly, and take no responsibility for it.

Last time I buy from a company I do not know. They ruined it for many.

Cheaper then something you'd buy from Walmart. Took 2 months to arrive . Support non responsive

If I could give minus stars, I would. The "jacket" finally arrived. It looks nothing like the pictures. It's cheap and tatty and I wouldn't even donate it to a charity shop. The sleeves are cut wrong for the rest of the "jacket", the inlay collar doesn't attach where it's supposed to, the buttons are gaudy and the size is way off what their recommendations are. It's an absolute monstrosity that cost me approx. €100 and now I can't even contact them to return the hideous thing.

I should’ve read the reviews before I spent my money. I’m glad I paid through PaPal. I ordered on the 31st of January and haven’t gotten a confirmation and after checking on my order. They say they have no records with my email. Never purchase anything through sellers.👎👎👎👎
