SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM - Ordered this is September 2025 - never even got dispatched, let alone delivered. Tried many times to get refunded, no joy - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY - DO NOT DO IT!!!!!

ORdered 2 magic wands for a total of £81.00 almost 2 months ago. All attempts to contact them are met with "server error" messages. Don't trust this bunch of scammers with anything.

Emailed multiple times still no emails back plus they dont even give you a date when it will be dispacted which is odd now gonna have go to my bank for them to chase it up and hopefully refund my £60 back scamer avoid at all cost!!

Received it on a timely manner (it takes a bit but it's normal) and it's exactly how I wanted it 😍

Item not received despite many chases.

Bought this for christmas for my husband as it was advertised all over Facebook. It looked amazing. Said it came hand made from Italy I think .
Ordered on the 4th December. It took a long time to arrive, I emailed a couple of times and asked if there was an update as the tracking didn't say anything.
I didn't have a reply so after reading some reviews saying it's a scam company, I got worried.
I said if I don't hear back off them then I'm claiming through PayPal.
I instantly had a nasty reply saying they are not a scam company.

It arrived around 20th December.

I wrapped it up and put it under the tree for xmas.

On xmas day, husband opened it, it looked amazing but did not work, the paper just stays inside the wand and burns and gets stuck.

I emailed the company, they said I can return for a refund and gave me an address in China.

I sent the item back on the 11th jan (cost me £15, on top of the £43 for the wand). It's now the 17th February.
I have emailed multiple times asking if they have recieved it back and I've not had a reply.

Today I went through PayPal and they refunded me.
The sellers name comes up "luxury watches".

A complete fars from beginning to end.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolutely shocking! Bought this for Christmas and it doesn't work it just smells like burning. I have contacted them and they told me to return for a refund which cost a fortune! They them offered a refund and have ignored me ever since! DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM!!

took weeks for the order to be shipped ( from China not UK based )
Yodel took a picture of a bin lid and they classed this as delivered... I do not have the product and my security cameras prove the item was not delivered. they are now ignoring my emails and not wanting to help,

Items received with missing items.
Tested use prior to gifting and both are faulty.
Do not function as advertised.
Requested return shipping label and told to pay to return faulty items at own cost.
Which is £20+ which is 1/3rd of what items cost.
