My New Favourite Airsoft Retailer in the Far East!

First time ordering an Airsoft Toy from outside the UK and by far the most HIGH END replica I’ve ever bought (£1100). Because of this I was a little bit nervous, but the Seller was very fast at responding to all of my messages and satisfying my requests during the whole process. It took them just under a week to assemble the custom replica and ship it. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive in the UK, but Border Force held on to it in customs for just under 3 weeks. When it arrived at my door I discovered that the documents and my UKARA were very CLEARLY displayed on the packaging. It was not at all the fault of the seller that border force held on to it for so long. Upon further inspection of the internals, everything is absolutely as described. 100% worth the money, and I will absolutely buy from these guys again! THANK YOU iGUN!!!!

Stay away!

On April 1st i placed an order for a VFC HK 416D.On April 8th the gun was shipped through EMS.40 days later there was no update about tracking.I contacted the seller and asked to find out what was the problem. He told me that he will contact EMS and that i have to wait 90 days for an answer!I contacted EMS Taiwan my self and i learned in 24 hours that the package was held at Manila customs because of lack of proper documentation from the sender.I demanded a refund or a resend from the seller and all i got was my profile deleted from their site.I payed through my credit card because they dont have paypal so i cant claim my money back.I have kept proof from my convos with the site and with EMS Taiwan.Stay away from them!
Update regarding Igunairsoft answer!
Lies!no refund i got my money back a few days ago (July 26th) because i made a dispute to my bank. You never said anything to me about refund .If you issue a refund immediately as you say it comes directly to my bank account and our last message was in May.The package was not lost!i also have mails and PHOTOS from EMS Taiwan with the gun seized at Manila airport because of lack of proper documents and it was confescated and destroyed.I have printed all our convos on your private chat and submitted them to my bank regarding my dispute. In these convos i specifically ask for a refund or resend and your only answer was to wait 90 days to get a response from EMS!!!and when i insisted my account was deleted! This is not a way to treat a paying customer which was more than patient with you!
Update no2:
Of course I got my money back but not from your
REFUND.i also have proof from EMS with photos that
the gun was seized at Manila Airport. And I got my
answer back in 24 hours not 90 days!!! For your knowledge the shipper is responsible for the item to
arrive to the buyer. Thats know all over the world. You
closed my account without any prior notice and I will
remind you that I have kept and printed all of our
convos! Furthermore making accusations that I
fabricated evidence is completely unethical for which I can take legal action against you! All you
need to do is keep talking to me to find a solution in
my problem and not delete my account and stop all
communications with me.
I accept the fact that you didn't know that EMS would go through Manila airport but you could have communicated that to me.Instead you deleted my account.
Furthermore on may 21st I emailed you all the replies I got from EMS Taiwan but got no reply back from you.
The fact that I got my money back from MY actions doesn't change the fact that you never issued a refund willingly or the fact that you ceased all communications with.
Claiming you are the victim in this case is completely unprofessional and you should bear the brunt being an international business.

The facts are as follows:

We did ship the package from Taiwan to Greece. Once a package is shipped, we are supposed to receive the payment. However, in this case, the payment was refunded, and we never received the goods back. Whether the package was lost, or—as you claimed—destroyed by Manila customs, the fact remains: we lost the product and received no payment.

Both Taiwan and Greece allow the legal import and export of airsoft products, but Manila prohibits airsoft entirely. Regardless of what documents are provided, the Manila customs will not release such items. Dear customer, please have some basic knowledge before making accusations.

Furthermore, EMS never informed us that the package would transit through Manila when shipping from Taiwan to Greece. There is no mention of this routing on their public website. This is also a fact. EMS never notified us of any customs hold in Manila, nor did they request any additional documents for clearance. Therefore, your claim that the package was seized in Manila due to missing documentation seems highly questionable—we strongly suspect this was fabricated to support your chargeback request.

Taiwan EMS officially informed us that the package was lost in transit. We have preserved all documentation. As we previously informed you, the standard EMS process requires up to 90 days to trace a missing shipment. You clearly told us you could not wait and that you would file a dispute with your bank in Greece to forcibly retrieve your payment, claiming non-receipt. And that is exactly what you did.

Please be aware that our website explicitly states: if customs seize a shipment, no refund will be provided. Your actions were in clear violation of this policy, which is why your member account was suspended and closed. This is also standard across all international couriers like EMS and UPS—if customs seize or destroy a shipment, compensation is not granted.

You received your refund on July 26, yet you never updated or corrected your review. Where is your sense of fairness and ethics? Could you be just a little more decent?

Whether the refund was initiated by you or enforced by your bank, you forcibly took back your money. But you left behind a false and damaging review. Meanwhile, we lost the goods, and we also bore the cost of international shipping. That is the full truth.

So now ask yourself: who is truly the victim in this situation?
