Terrible communication from this company. I have opened tickets in theior portal, emailed them at the address they tell me to, email them back from order emails they sent me and have heard NOTHING for 5 days.
I would definiteyl NOT deal with them ever again.
I'm not happy with them. At first i pay not with bank office transfer , made other payment. Some of items not was in stock after payment, they return part of money to payment organisation and some of time can't get it back. They also send to me part wrong items from order with similar items/price on web site. After mailing send to me again missing items but when open box was half of them. Overall, it was a big mistake to shop with them, and it's not 100% worth the wasted time and nerves.
p.s. They are probably a good shop if it is used locally in their country ,so you can go there if there are problems.
