Mattress Toppers
Waited in for a king size mattress topper to be collected. Driver arrived, he was very friendly and helpfully advised that as my mattress topper was made of 2 parts zipped together, that it would likely be charged as 2 toppers, costing almost £80! I declined the service - what a waste of his and my time. Why don't you make this clear on your website?

Wonderful service
Wonderful service, not sure how I have lived without iihateironing in my life! The 24 hour turnaround is perfect. Sheets come back beautifully ironed (something I hate doing) and great for large towels which cause my machine to go into meltdown. Highly recommend using.

Poor repair done
I was charged £60 to repair the zip on a jumpsuit, it came back with the zip way too long for the clothing and with a new hole in the seam - I have to send it somewhere new to be repaired so I can wear it. Would not recommend the repairs.

I trusted this company to properly…
I trusted this company to properly clean my wool mattress topper, but they clearly didn’t know how to handle it. Instead of following appropriate cleaning methods, they washed it, which caused it to shrink significantly. It’s now unusable for my double bed.
This shows a serious lack of knowledge and care when dealing with delicate items. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend them to anyone needing specialist cleaning.

awful service
awful service! no pick up!
the whole USP of businesses like this is that they pick up from your door. However this is the first time I am using this company and instead they went to the wrong door in the development where I live, and then texted me to tell me to bring my items to their car. I replied on text saying I was not ready and asked if they could come up.
They didnt reply and then I called the main office. The guy on the phone was less than helpful. He was not very apologetic. He kept on repeating himself stating the pick up guy had gone to flat 14 [my flat no.]. I told him there were several flat 14s as I live in a development of different buildings.
No solution was found. I cancelled the job and that was it. The guy on the phone could have listened better, been more apologetic and offered a solution in order to keep the job.
Now I have to take my laundry - duvet and pillows etc to my local drycleaner.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
