We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves transparency.

XCONS Solutions Ltd. completed all agreed development work for multiple websites, including additional technical tasks provided without extra charge. No advance payment was taken — the work was delivered first, in good faith, as a professional courtesy.

Despite this, payment was repeatedly delayed, communication became dismissive, and a dispute was unnecessarily escalated over a very small outstanding amount. What was most disappointing was not the money itself, but the lack of respect for professional time, effort, and boundaries.

This situation was emotionally exhausting for our team and entirely avoidable. We believe in long-term, ethical partnerships, and this experience fell far below that standard.

We strongly advise other agencies, freelancers, or developers to ensure clear payment terms and firm boundaries before engaging.

Ollie was an amazing guide - she took us to so many wonderful places, customized the tour for us, and found us a lovely place to have dinner after! We had an awesome time!

When in London, don’t hesitate—book a private tour with Ollie! You won’t regret it. We visited so many iconic spots, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Borough Market, Covent Garden, and St. Paul’s Cathedral.

At every stop, Ollie shared fascinating insights and fun facts, and she also doubled as our personal photographer—capturing stunning, high-quality photos that we’ll treasure forever. The entire day was seamless, fun, and full of great memories thanks to her!

I was so excited to dive into London’s history with the Jack the Ripper Tour, but it felt like a missed opportunity. The guide didn't seem to be too knowledgeable about the details, and the storytelling lacked enthusiasm. I expected a spine-tingling experience, but it felt more like a basic history lecture. The route also wasn’t very well-planned, with long gaps between stops. Would not recommend.

To start with, Ollie who was our driving guide contacted us the day before the tour to confirm the location of our hotel and then promptly picked us up the next morning. She gave us options on what to see and recommended many places as it was our first time in London. Our favourite was Changing of the Guards by Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square was a close second with all the lions, fountains etc. We will not be forgetting this tour in a hurry!

One of the best walking tours I've experienced and I know this because I love walking tours. It’s a great way to get the feel of a new place, see the main sights, and adjust to the local culture. I met with local guide in the morning who took us around and later for a 'pub grub' which means lunch. All in all, I would use the company and do it again!

I had a wonderful tour with Ivanhoe! We saw all the sites that I wanted to see. The stories that Ivanhoe was able to relate were wonderful. Gave the real feel of London. He has an association with the Theatre world in London and was able to share many stories relating to, his experiences.

Ollie was on time for our private day tour of London. She was so knowledgeable about the city and its iconic landmarks! She was very flexible taking us to at least two places that weren’t on her schedule and I’m quite certain were out of her way. She was a lot of fun and made us laugh along with our history lessons! I would use her again and highly recommend her to anyone traveling to London!!!

What an amazing day! A friend and I only had one day in London. Ollie was above and beyond. She was flexible with our start time and picked us up for our 5 hour day tour. We had the most amazing day with Ollie as our tour guide! We only had one day in London & she got us to all the main landmarks we wanted to see! She was very pleasant & our whole trip exceeded our expectations! We would use Ollie again & we’ll be recommending her to all our friends!

I went on a tour with I heart London Tours on Friday and had a fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Rhys, made the tour fun, accessible, informative and an absolute joy from start to finish! I didn't know London well at all but the walking tour was so valuable as an easy way to get to know your way around the city. Rhys was always attentive to all the guests, and adjusted the tour according to the groups needs. He was bubbly and chatty and had so much knowledge about the sights we visited. I would confidently say this tour was one on the highlights of my visit! :)

Paul was nice, knowledgeable, fun, and listened carefully as he shared some interesting stories about the places we visited.

It was so easy with kids especially when you have a child with a autism, was great with kids and we enjoyed ourselves.

Memorable tour, would recommend the tour! Our tour guide Ollie was experienced and informative, best part made us laugh all the way through!

I booked for a full day tour with my family and it was great. Our tour guide, Ollie was fun, engaging and knowledgeable. She clearly loves what she does and has a passion for the city. This is our first time in London and we definitely spent it the perfect way. However, it’s a long tour and we were very tired by the end so be prepared a lot of walking and travelling. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I recommend trying the fish and chips for lunch, it was absolutely amazing. Thank you Ollie, would 100% recommend.

Ollie’s nighttime tour was perfect. We visited about 10 clubs and I enjoyed every one, couldn’t stop dancing throughout the night and Ollie was such a vibe. I’m definitely coming back.
