Mistakenly sent my order to the wrong place. The support person was quickly to respond which I really appreciated! Joan made the process so seamless and it was very helpful.

I was excited to have a gift card and decided to treat myself to some things for a few upcoming festivals. I placed my order and then had a customer service issue. Remie was fantastic and gave outstanding customer service to me after I shared some feedback about my experience. I plan on purchasing all of my festival wear and accessories with iheartraves and will encourage all of my friends to do the same!

I love iheartraves. I love the variety of products and the collabs they frequently put out. I also have been very impressed by the quality of a lot of the items.

Additionally, anytime I’ve needed support they have been quick to respond and give me a resolution.

Emma was fast, friendly, and very helpful!

Emma replied so quickly, and explained the situation with Klarna in a way that helped me understand what steps to take next.

Ardie was extremely helpful when I reached out to the support team about my order. I love iheartraves and will continue to shop with them.

Placed a order. Waited almost 2 month for it, and it was delivered at a wrong adress. Wrote Them, and they were sorry and sent a new packge. Meanwhile i orderd somerhing Else, this order was also delivered wrong and the offerd to send a new package. I have never seen any of the orders. They offered a refund for 70%. I denied and I Got 100% compensation, only I DID’NT GET THE MONEY EITHER!!! This is a complete scam company!!! I’m so dissapointed

Emma helped me with my order. The process was quick and easy. I received an item that didn’t fit properly and I was able to get it refunded for store credit. The issue was resolved quicker than I ever expected it to be when shopping online.

The representative, Joan, was very helpful in cancelling my order when I ordered the wrong size and issuing the refund. Excellent customer service!

Extremely patient in dealing with a shipment issue. The team was more than happy to help fix a mistake that wasn’t made by them. My package was lost in transmit and they worked with me to get it fixed. Super grateful for that
