They helped me out when I needed the measurements of an item verified

I was looking at the app vs website and there was a slight error in the sizing chart for a pair of pants I ordered. I reached out and Remie really helped me out. They let me know they saw the screen shots of the different size charts- and from there they let me know they were going to be finding out the correct measurements. Remie got back to me as soon as they were notified of the correct size chart and let me know. They were a huge help! And eased my anxiety which I truly thank them for

They were very responsive via email. They were also able to change the shipping address on my package so that I could receive the items that purchased to the correct delivery location.

All's Well That Ends Well I Guess

I've heard of iheartraves for a long time but never ordered before. My roommates get stuff from them all the time and they had an outfit release that I absolutely fell in love with in July of 2024. It was on sale so I ordered it. When it arrived, I noticed some of the fabric seemed to be cut. Like it wasn't a hemmed edge or the even the edge of the piece of clothing. There was just a cut in part of the top. I asked to exchange the item and then things got a little complicated. I sent the item back, expecting a new one to be sent. They told me the item is no longer in stock, but they can give me store credit. Again, this was my first and only time ordering because I fell in love with a specific outfit. I asked if they could just give me back the one I returned then, even though I returned it due to damage. They said they weren't able to but I have store credit, and can keep an eye out for if the item restocks, which they couldn't guarantee or give me a timeline of. I fought to just get a refund. They finally said okay. Recently (Jan 2025) I noticed the item was available again and reached out, asking if I placed an order, could my original discount be honored? They said okay and I've now reordered the item, and have received my refund to match what I originally paid. Ardie was the most recent person to help me and was great and very quick to do the price match for me. So this took 7 months and hopefully nothing is wrong with the item this time 🤞🏻
