this is an absolute nightmare from start to finish with ikea germany do not buy a kitchen here if you value your sanity it began with a total waste of time during my first planning appointment where the designer promised to send my plan and just never bothered so i had to go back for a second appointment to start all over again then i get assigned this medium height guy in the cologne studio who speaks turkish and german and literally started showing me eyes and rolling them because i speak english as if it was my fault i was sent to him he was rude and unprofessional but then the real delivery disaster began their employee from kitchen planning said he would defer my order until the 10th of march to align with the rest of the delivery so i could have my installer ready but he completely failed to update the system even though I reminded him multiple times and my plight was beyond words i have a young family and i was sitting in a new property with no kitchen and no orders arriving while their chat service sent me these robotic chatgpt replies with zero empathy or human understanding they just toss me around like a maniac and no one takes ownership of their own staff errors then after all this stress and massive financial loss with my installers, outside food and my time they have the audacity to only offer a refund for the freight cost which is absolute peanuts compared to the damage they have caused it is inhumane and incompetent and i am disgusted by the lack of after sales support stay away from this mess they take your money and leave you in the dirt
