I am very disappointed with the delivery and assembly service. I ordered a large cabinet, but the delivery was delayed twice without any clear reason. When it finally arrived, two essential parts were missing. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service just to be told that I have to wait another week for the parts to be shipped. For such a big company, the logistics are surprisingly disorganized

Very disappointing experience, delivery delays with no proper explanation, no response to emails, and a lack of clear information even when contacting them by phone.
I scheduled a delivery and installation with Ikea.ma for a specific date due to a tight schedule, but no one showed up — with no explanation or prior notice. I had to chase the issue myself, making several calls before finally managing to reschedule. Communication between departments is disorganized, and staff seem inadequately trained, particularly in the crucial after-sales phase.
While the initial purchase process was smooth, the service quality deteriorated rapidly afterward — from a cashier who couldn’t locate my account number to a chaotic installation scheduling system. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard expected from a brand like Ikea.
If Ikea addresses these issues, the entire experience — from design to purchase to after-sales support — could be seamless and hassle-free. Occasional mishaps are understandable, but when problems occur consistently, it points to more serious systemic flaws. Improving coordination and training across departments would go a long way toward restoring customer confidence.
I am very disappointed with the delivery procedure. To be reviewed in full: I cannot find a direct contact person specific to the delivery service to coordinate delivery with them.
In short, the entire procedure must be reviewed.
Ikea.ma gives Error page when ordering something. You cant do the payment so you cant order anything!!!
