Ikman.lk has no way end users rating a business or a seller. I think with so many sellers using online platform to scam and provide bad services, there should be an option to rate or review the sellers so the buys or service users can take a well informed decision. I recently used BR Rent a Car (B R / Boralaesgamuwa Rent A Car) listed on Ikman.lk and lost the money I paid for rental and they didn't refund or provide services. I read multiple fraud/ scam reviews on Google and Facebook later. If Ikman.lk had this option, I may have not got into such business and these business would also be concerned of their rating and avoid bad services.

Contacted a seller through ikman.lk for a product on 31/05/2022. We spoke over the phone, and on good faith, I agreed to make an advance payment for the product for same-day delivery of the good upon receipt of payment. However, even though I immediately made the bank transfer, the seller subsequently went MIA, deleted the advertisement, and has been disconnecting my calls whenever I inquire. I made a complaint to ikman, but it seems the seller has deleted his ad and become "untraceable." Very disappointed that such fraudulent activities happen and sellers become untraceable even to ikman. Writing this so other future customers are super careful when using this service :(

Ikman.lk has banned in gulf countries like Saudi Arabia. Please update the reason or another option to login to ikman

Hi. I am unable to use ikman. lk services in qatar right now. During past few months it has been worked fine. Today can not access ikman. lk services. It's appear error 403.access is denied. Kindly help me out of this issue to use ikman. lk. Services. I will be much grateful if you could solve this issue. I am waiting for your response.

My customer service benchmark for Sri Lankan companies is set very low. I bothered them multiple times as I was struggling with certain issues with an advert I was posting, these guys pleasantly surprised me with their very patient and friendly attitude, each time.

I have ordered electric cooker through ikman.lk on 28 th expected delivery 1-2 days as mentioned in the advertisement. I already make a card payment and my mom received a call that said please pay then they can deliver. We have contact by phone and email ikman.lk more than 8 times.
After that today we contact the seller they told us only 2 pieces left.
And also ikman yesterday confirmed our payment gone through but very poor service they not send that email to the seller to deliver it.
Very bad service and I’m not recommending ikman.lk to anyone.How many time we called them and email them only they can tell we will investigate the issue and will let you know after4 hours.no need to investigate punctuality and good customer service helps to keep your business.

I saw a recent (2hours ago) ad on ikman.lk and its price was 3500 on ad. then I called their phone number and asked for buying and he says the price was Rs.5900. then I reported the ad because it was a misleading price. then ikmanlk customer service sends me a mail and ask me a proof for changing the ad. then i send back a mail to say and ask I have my call record and how can i send you. that's all they never reply me back. for now 7 days. my opinion ikmanlk protect these bad sellers and helps them to scam buyers because ikmanlk get money from these bad sellers

I HAVE PAID ONLINE WITH MY DEBIT CARD AND THEY SAY, THAT IT IS CASH ON DELIVERY AND I HAVE NOT MADE ANY ONLINE PAYMENTS

I have contacted them more than 8 times now, and in my bank statement also the amount is deducted. All they say is "we will call you back in 4 hours", and they do not call back. Please note that it is 22nd of October today and I have not received my product , neither what happened to my order, nor what happened to my transaction.
I will take relevant actions against this if you do not respond to me and wasting my time everyday when i call the customer service with the reply "our agents will call you within 4 working hours' ', we will inform the relevant authorities' '. Please do not waste people's time, either I want my product or my money back. Please take this seriously, and not as a joke. Your call center people say that they do not have the ability to check any translation related material. If they do not have access to that? Do you expect me to have that access level? Why don't you give a reply? EITHER CANCEL ORDER AND REFUND. OR DELIVER THE ORDER.

Tried placing an add with them but they asked me to edit it twice even though there was nothing wrong with the initial ad????
I then emailed them to discuss this - no response so I phoned & they hung up on me, pathetic service.

My add was rejected saying the product (a mobile phone) is not available in Sri Lanka when the product was launched weeks ago in SL funny thing is by the time there were 6 other posts approved to the same product = I felt like their agents are been bribed by the members to minimize the competition. (This was a paid advertisement not a single call received for justifications)

Never post an advertisement with them. They are very efficient till they collect money. One of the poorest advertisers. I have paid for the ad for one month for an apartment and needed to change the photos. I couldn't do that even after several communications on WhatsApp. They don't answer your calls. When I check the ad after few days as I didn't get a single call. They have removed my ad. How can they remove it without my knowledge. Just a waste of your money.

useless. use facebook marketplace instead. much better results for free

Worst service ever. Placed an urgent order on the 6th September. They informed that they will deliver it by 13th Monday. Today is 16th. Still not delivered.I called them more than 20 times from 6th - 16th to ask about the order. Took my landline and mobile number. That's all.No one called me even I don't no what happened to the parcel. Yesterday also I called 4 times. Even now also I calles.but did the same....took my contact number that's all. Very very bad and worst customer care. Will never order with this site.Bad, worst site ever I dealt with.
Really irresponsible people.Just garabbing money from the customer.
