As a supplier/vendor I think it's…

As a supplier/vendor I think it's always important to highlight the great work and relationships that get built up over the course of time and in particular I'd like to call out what a fantastic partnership that's been developed with Ikonic. They have always gone above and beyond in supporting us a 'New' vendor and product category for them over the last 2.5yrs. All areas of the business are engaged and dedicated to making the partnership a success. Yes, we have all learnt lessons along the way, some more painful than others but testament to a strong, committed, and willingness to all succeed, really has been the recipe for the success so far... That coupled with a great bunch of people, long may it continue.

A disappointing experience.

A disappointing experience.

They send out marketing emails.
I saw something I liked and rang to buy it.
There seemed to be some confusion at their end. Uncertainty. They indicated that they thought the price was wrong but also said they don't normally make mistakes.

They said they would check and call back

They didn't bother to call.
They emailed to say it was an error by their marketing department
They did not even offer to sell it to me at a higher price

They actually knew the price had gone out wrong but decided not to send out a correction so as not to highlight the issue.

So less work for them but more work for me

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to identify your enquiry from the details in your review which makes it difficult for us to investigate what may have happened internally. From what you’ve described it sounds like there may have been some confusion regarding a promotional price and the follow-up you were expecting. Regardless, you should always receive clear communication and a timely call back if one has been promised.

We also want to reassure you that if a pricing error does occur in marketing material it is never our intention to create unnecessary inconvenience for customers. We try to resolve these situations as quickly and fairly as possible.

If you would be willing to contact us directly with a little more information about the product you were interested in and when you called, we would very much like the opportunity to look into this properly and see if we can help put things right.

Buyers beware if you are thinking of…

Buyers beware if you are thinking of buying from this Company.I recently purchased an Hisense TV Model:50a7NQTUK through Amazon but was supplied by IT Ltd.The TV was bought specifically with the Freely platform built in so that i could stream live tv channels using wi-fi only,unfortunately i could not get it to work.I contacted Hisense Customer Service for there advice and after an exchange of information i was informed that the TV was not a UK model and would not meet the functionality of streaming live tv as advertised and described.I have now sent a number of email's to IT LTD explaining the situation but so far i have not received any response from them,it would appear that their Customer Service is non-existent in this Company,just not good enough.On the hand Amazon have been very in helpful in dealing with this problem and offered a return collection and a full refund. Ikonic Technology Ltd needs to get their act together. I note the reply today 03/10/25 from Ikonic which i do not accept. My feedback about this TV went through the Amazon portal and i also sent email's to your registered Company. Amazon have accepted that this is a genuine problem and have agreed to pick up the TV 4th October 25.What really concerns me about your reply you offer no apologies for supplying this item which is not a UK model and would not work as was intended.Check again with your systems and Amazon.However it does seem that the reviews on Trustpilot do not give your Company a positive rating and i would advise people not to purchase from Ikonic.Update i have had another reply,all i will say is read my review,read the reply and make your own mind up about doing anything with this Company.Amazon don't get it wrong when it comes communication.Ikonic don't even acknowledge my emails,don't apologise for supplying a NON UKTV and have you noticed they never put a name when they respond.Tells you everything you want to know.I won't change my view and would advise potential buyers do not buy from Iconic Technology Ltd either directly or through Amazon.Finally this is my last word on this matter.

However, after checking all of our customer service portals and Amazon messages, we can see no record of any contact from you regarding this order. Had you reached out to us directly, we would have responded within our usual 24-hour timeframe and worked to resolve the matter.
We also note that no cases or return requests have been opened through Amazon. Without being made aware of the problem, we were unfortunately unable to offer support at the time.

UPDATE: Thanks for your response, we have again checked all portals and unfortunately we have had no return requests or a conversation to move forward to solve the issues you were facing. This is what customer services should look like....

I contacted Ikonic customer services due to a Samsung QLED TV failing after 3 years (QE50Q60TAU in case you are interested!) as Samsung UK ruthlessly want nothing to do with their customers after 1-Year warranty expires even on a clearly defective model.
A lovely lady at Ikonic customer services dealt with this issue in such a professional way, upholding my consumer rights to the letter. I just had to call out this level of service. Only 50% use of the TV - I got a 50% refund on the purchase price. Nailed it. 100% happy. That's the way to respect and treat your customers....great job!
Samsung UK - you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Such a scam

Such a scam! They are liers and professional scammers hiding behind their "technicians ".

They send me a broken tv and I have proof it arrived like that and now they are refusing to refund me even after they admitted it happened during the delivery.

They recovered the broken tv and now refuse to refund or exchange and let me with nothing! I'm a disabled person and they are taking advantage of the customers like me.

Disgusting company and Disgusting behaviour. I'm gonna keep fighting and telling everyone how dodgy and bad they are.

I have bough tonnes from these guys

I have bough tonnes from these guys, TVs, Lenovo X1 fold laptop, Lenovo tablets, iPads and each time I order it is next day delivery and prices are unbeatable. Cannot fault them. Will always come back for all of my tech needs. Thanks guys!

40% restocking fee!!!?!

Customer canceled with us within 24 hours of us making our order Ikonic wanted to charge a 40% restocking fee before the order was due for delivery. We are a small company and now have to dispose of 3k of equipment at a loss, to pay for ikonics greed. We saved little more than a few pounds by not making the order from regular websites

They sent me older model with lower…

They sent me older model with lower specs (ordered lg 32lq63006la, received lg 32lq631c0za) and tried to tell me that this is newer model hoping I will keep it! Thankfully I didn’t open the box and read the label on the box beforehand, otherwise they would charge me for “re-boxing” and posting back even though they are at fault. After I contacted Amazon they arranged collection and full refund but other buyers were not that fortunate.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this matter. It is certainly not our intention to mislead our customers, and we take these matters very seriously. The item you received was not an older model with lower specs as advised in the review, however we appreciate there may have been a misunderstanding here.
We work hard to perfect our quality control processes to ensure that our customers receive the correct products and avoid such instances.
We appreciate your diligence in checking the label before opening the box. Looking into your order details, I can’t see that at any point we advised that you would be charged for re-boxing. This is not something we request, and especially in your case, a full refund was offered and processed. Additionally, a free collection was arranged at the first point of you raising this issue with us. This contact was not through Amazon or arranged by Amazon as you advised, but by us directly.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience. We feel we took appropriate and quick action to resolve the matter within a matter of only a few days.

Great company to buy from!

Really smooth customer service from start to finish. We’re a used car dealer and we purchased some laptops and monitors for our offices. We then made a second purchase for some TV’s for our showroom. Everything was exactly as described and delivered quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scammers! Bought a samsung tv from this company on amazon. TV arrived damaged and without a remote controller, seller advised that tv was inspected before dispatch and accused us of breaking it. Refused to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

From the photos you provided, it is evident that the damage had not occurred during transit as there were no damage to the box or near the damaged area. The clear impact damage shows a direct smash to the screen therefore we believe the damage was incurred after delivery. We can only accept returns that are returned in the same condition as they are delivered in. Apologies IT LTD
