The ease of packing up a big lot of mixed women's and baby's clothing and footwear in the bag they send for all inclusive shipping was super appealing for selling versus hauling off to a local consignment store. The payout is quite low but at least something to be used for site credit. I got some really good quality almost new or new items in one order. Will continue to send in my non-high end designer or vintage items.

It has been a great experience selling clothes with ilovekoop. The clothes I sent were all accepted and processed. Just have in mind that you mostly make money with the so known “brand names” otherwise smaller brands bring in a few amount. And yeah it takes time to sell, a lot of time :)

My experience with them is only for selling my items, not buying. I sent in about 30 items and paid an extra 10$ to have the items not selected returned to me. None of my items were returned to me because apparently I did not send a list of the items I had mailed in. Of the approximately 15 items they chose to list on their website, about 12 sold, I made about 2$ per item. So basically, after one year, I received 24$, but I had paid 20$ to get a mailing kit so I made a big 4$ for my 12 items sold... I would definitely not recommend selling through them, huge waste of time for no money.

Overall, very pleased with purchases received.

Pretty good experience. One of the pieces had stains on it which weren’t mentioned in the listing. Perhaps a bit more of a description and quality check would be appreciated. Shipping is fast and check out was easy.

As a buyer - the purchasing process is easy and my order was shipped quickly. The clothes were in excellent condition, one still had the tags on it. Very good quality.

The only negative point is that two of the pieces were much too small, although the size indicated was 2XL as in the description. I gave these too small clothes to my daughter.

It would be good if the measurements of the clothes (flat) were included in the description, this would help a lot in the decision. Sizes vary so much.

Despite everything, I am satisfied and I will definitely order again.

As a seller - it did take quite a while for them to get my clothes up on the site. Some of the clothes I sent did not make it so I assume I’m getting them back as I did select that option. The dashboard is good though it would be nice if under Products I could see a picture and what it is priced at. Some of my pieces I felt were overpriced and some were definitely underpriced but c’est la vie! At least my designer pieces will go to a good home :)

As a buyer - I wish there were measurements of the items like ThredUP does, particularly pants. Women’s pants vary so ridiculously widely, it’s impossible for me to know if a pant will fit me or not without at least a waistband measurement.

Still, overall I’m happy that a site like this finally exists for us Canadians :)

I love buying and selling on Koop. I often find clothing in great condition that I'm excited to wear. I've only had to make a return once and the customer service was great. I'm glad I can easily send clothes in to sell that others would be glad to find at a good price too. And I love that it's Canada-based.
