WARNING: Potential Fraud & Police Report

I am writing this review to warn all potential customers about my severe experience with iLoveYourGlasses.fr regarding order #113800.
I placed an order for 88.45 € on October 29. The company informed me the item was out of stock. I immediately requested a full refund instead of a replacement.
The company confirmed the cancellation and promised a refund within 48-72 hours. I never received it.
After chasing them repeatedly for days, the company's communication has been deceptive. Today, November 7, they sent an email claiming my payment was canceled and that my bank account was never debited, stating no refund was due.
This is false. My account was debited, and I have the bank records to prove it.
Due to their failure to provide the product, their failure to issue the promised refund, and their false claims about the transaction, I am now filing this Sunday a formal report with the police (Mossos d'Esquadra) for suspected fraudulent activity.
I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

I LOVE YOUR GLASSES

I LOVE YOUR GLASSES - the eshop to avoid.
I purchased and paid for glasses that eshop declared to have in stock.
It took more than 2 weeks for them to notify me, the glasses were not available.
I had to cancel my order in order to be reimbursed.
NOTHING (with money return) happened for 4 weeks, when I urged for the payment return.
After a long hassle they repeatedly asked me to send my bank details.
Another week is gone. still NO GLASSES, NO MONEY.
SHOCKING!

This is a horrible business model -- avoid

This is a horrible business model, especially their return policy is really bad. I ordered a pair and returned them because the size doesn't fit, they asked me to return them using the highest colissimo price to have it secure to them. I paid close to 40 EURs to return the pair and first they took forever to send the refund and in addition when they finally sent it, I found it less 7EUR than the price I paid and when I asked why the difference is for, their answer was that they reduced the price of sending it to me when I purchased. Stay away of this garbage.
