I placed two orders on August 7, 2015. One order for 200,000 gold, Vial of the sands, and a Hexweave Robe. Order numbers I1051382708950365 and G1051382708933658. I ordered these items I was told that the items were in stock and they stated on the website that it would take less than 4 hours to deliver my items. I waited over 24 hours before contacted them since I did not get the items in the promised time window. When I contacted them I asked for a refund since I was told that the items were not in stock. They refused to communicate with me when I asked for a refund. I had to end up opening a Paypal dispute to get my money back. Thankfully thru Paypal I was able to get a full refund. I feel that this company has horrible customer service and they clearly are selling things that they do not have in stock. I would warn against using this company for your in-game needs.

Now this company is attempting to be even more deceiving by getting this review removed. Trustpilot e-mailed me and asked me to send in documenting proof that I ordered from Imbuygold. I have provided the invoices from my Paypal account to Trustpilot. This is another great example of why not to trust Imbuygold since they do not want to deal with customers nor do they want customers like myself to leave a negative review exposing them.

Took some time for my order but that was my mistake, order was handled professionally and dealt with swiftly once seller Cherry was back online.
