This was very Good Service... Waseem was so nice and repaired my laptop in 2 hours... he only charged me £45 and now its like new again... was worried where to take it TBH... didnt want a hack job doing or getting ripped off but I made the right choice... would return for sure and would highly recommend

A terrible experience. I was cheated in buying a second hand laptop for the price of new. It also had a cheap charger that was not the laptop's charger and in effect did not work properly. Tried to return it for a refund but my request was refused. These people would no way give you a refund for a mis-old item. They'll tell you "they have a no refund policy" PLEASE AVOID

I had have my Samsung screen replaced by them 14th of August Within 24-hours it started to go wrong leak inside screen due to working away commitments couldn't return until 3 weeks later was informed by them that despite the phone showing clearly no damage at all all the screen that they had replaced was damaged inside and needed replacement and warranty is invalid regardless the unit they supplied was faulty.
The phone was repaired at another repair shop have said that there was no indication of any damage to the outside of the phone so either it was poorly fitted or wàs a faulty unit when shop was informed of this not my box not my problem response ( have a nice day)
additionally please note the reviews for this shop are mostly done on the same day one has to question all done by one person?

The best shop in luton town when it comes to phone repairing ,the service they provide is amazing .
Now no need to worry if we want to get our phone fixed cause they can do it while we wait .

Wonderful customer service always glade to serve but the quality of the products is really really really GOOD!
