They request a screenshot of the section about them in the voting area, then go To customer service chat to collect your 50 free spins earned. It took nearly 2 hrs to chat with someone because if you don't show activity in the page you need to start the line up all over again ( yes I had a 2nd page open to keep me busy while waiting...) then, as the instructions was saying; on question #12 vote immersion and take a screenshot. Submit the form and go to chat to share your screenshot. . Beware it's a screenshot of the very end that they actually wants ; thank you for your submission! . Then while I was writing that is not my fault if I did exactly what the instructions was asking for and if it's not what they really wanted it was the problem of the writer not mine but it just left a message saying that unfortunately no submission greeting no promises spins for me , wished a lovely night because I wasn't showing sign of activity and closed the chat with a feedback question about the my satisfaction level !!! My text arrived to the screen a fraction of second before his but it was already too late to protest !!!

There is a scam. I don’t know where the hell they get my email address from and keep sending me very Good offers. Finally, I made an account and they gave me 10 USD free bets. It was not active they asked me to deposit. I deposited 500 USDT, then they sent an offer if I vote for them in sigma website for Dubai exhibition, they will credit me another 45 spin. Guess what, after I send a screenshot for customer support they keep not answering me for one day I waited by their life support five times nearly 5 hours eventually the answer I need to Wager X10 to be able to get free spins and be able to withdraw my money.

I'm editing my initial review because they just infact finally paid me, but after numerous attempts to get the money paid out and I took a lesser amount to test the process one more time. I initiated the withdrawal in the morning Pacific Standard time and now it's after 6pm and my withdrawal was just deposited into my account, so it was that easy, could be that quick, so why it was such a hassle I don't know. Have just closed my account.
