Getting robbed has a silver lining

After leading me on for a month, telling me my $900 would be reimbursed since they put an unwarranted $3300 wager requirement on my account they were in fact lying. I sent a msg to the Curaçao Gaming Board 3 days ago telling them what happened to me and that many other people left reviews after dealing with similar circumstances. Now the site is offline. Sucks to lose $900USD but at least no one else will fall victim to these theives

Scam!

After more big wins in a row they cancel the withdrawals!!! First time cashouts were instant with Crypto. But after I won more with new deposits they don't want to cash out my money and from one to another day verification and 'Provider requests' to control..
They make advertising with no verification and instant/anonym playing but if you win a lot of thousand Dollar they scam and they look for excuses..!

Canceled my withdrawal

I have been playing at immerion casino for a few months i joined using azzigambling link as he promotes this casino. They have a good range of games, i have read the reviews about slow withdrawals so i will update this when i receive mine but i have made my 1st withdrawal today 31st october with a 48 hour processing time to my bank. Username jays88

Update- 6 hours after i requested a withdrawal it was declined due to issue with payment provider and the money i tried to withdraw not returned to my account. Sort it out immerion !

Update - now trying to withdraw by skrill will update when i get my withdrawal.

Well i think we all get scammed, i will update if i get my winnings

Well i think we all get scammed. I am lucky that i win and get few withdrawals, arround 1600eur was processed very fast to Skrill. Today i win 500 eur and after i try to withdraw these winnings - it shows now processing.. I have all screenshots what support tells. One support agent tellning that it will be proceed shortly, next one telling that 24/48 hours. I will update this if i get my winnings.

Today they canceled my withdraw and asked to send some documents, credit card, passport, photo with passport in front of immerion website. Thats crazy. Verify can be at 10 working days.

Update: still nothing just lies as always. KYC already 10 days, no answer from these scammers.

Haven’t received my second withdrawal…

Haven’t received my second withdrawal in 11 days. I did 2 withdrawals. First one were October 16. (920€), second one October 17. (630€)
First one, which was the first withdrawal from immerion, arrived my bank account October 21. It showed "Completed" already at October 18, but there was weekend and the funds arrived my bank account on monday morning. How ever I contacted support several times and they told different story everytime. Someone said the funds has already left their site and other that there is some problem and they are still pending. Now they’ve been telling that the second withdrawal has been sped up for several days. They just say it has been left from their site but there might be a delay in RARE cases. But its been almost 12 days. I’ve seen others has the same problem after the first succesful withdrawal…

Ok….

my first withdrawal was very fast, it was good but when I deposited €10 a week ago it still doesn't show up in my game account, but it has been debited from my bank account!

Long delay in processing the withdrawal...

Major technical problems especially with payouts. My first withdrawal attempt was canceled after more than 10 days of waiting. After much trouble I received the money after 2 weeks. It is not acceptable and I can not recommend this casino.
As for the casino itself, they have all the games like most other casinos, the navigation is ok, and the casino support staff is polite and quick to respond.
