A few years ago when I applied for my first visa to visit New Zealand, aiming to visit my partner. As a first-time traveller, I turned to the internet for guidance on the visa process. However, I received advice suggesting that I should not disclose my intention to visit my partner—a decision that was wrong, especially since it came from someone not qualified to advise. Consequently, when contacted by Immigration New Zealand (INZ), I chose not to mention my partner.

Years later, my partner and I decided to pursue a partnership visa; I received a PPI leter from INZ questioning why I didn't mention my parntner for the previous visa. February 2024 : ImmigrationTrust has been the most supportive and comprehensive peoples concerning my case. After having a difficult breakup, I needed to make myself legal in New Zealand. Everything had happened during my holiday back to my country, my previous visa got withdraw while I was out of NZ.

Successful Section 61 Application

I returned to New Zealand in 2018 on my student visa (which was nearing expiry) in search of an opportunity which would provide a better life for me and to be able to support my family back in Fiji. During this time, the Covid 19 pandemic had arrived and all country borders were in lockdown. I remained in New Zealand during the pandemic, doing casual work to support my day to day living. I made every effort during this time to try and get my visa regularised. This was done on my own and with an immigration lawyer based in Auckland. Neither of these visa applications I/we submitted were successful. I felt very disheartened and lost all hope knowing that there was every possibility that I would have to return to Fiji. I am Deeply Grateful To simon Park For His Outstanding legal assistance in securing my partnership based work visa.In 2021 I applied my Partner Based Residency But when i was On interm visa i breach my interm visa condition in 2020.When INZ caught I breach my visa Condition And INZ want to do My character Waiver and This is biggest Red flag for my application after that my present lawyer said he not gonna help me because i breach the Visa Condition.Anyhow i arranged Second lawyer and I told him my situation and he misleading me and re-apply my Residency file with False and misleading Documents But He also Said if INZ not accept this we can withdraw file and apply next year and after withdraw they dont have any Proof for my past file and I also said YES Becuase I dont want get Deported I been in NZ Since 2015 I did to much hard work to get here.But INZ did not accept the document which my second lawyer Submitted and He said we tried but we failed we can try next year.After that i felt really stressed and scared because i knew i am in really big trouble with INZ But Luckly I find SIMON PARK in 2021 August and i told him my all situation and he said he will help me with my case and he help my step by step and on 11 July I got My partner Based Visa I am really Happy and I highly recommend Trust Immigration for any type of visa thanks
