I sought Simon’s help in advising me in my application for residence under the investor category. I initially started the application by myself but then had to seek an immigration advisor’s help due to certain issues relating to medical waiver. Updates on 14th July 2024 : I still can't believe it now, that I've achieved the results I have. In September 2023, after my Section 61 was approved, I received a 3-month visitor visa, which allowed me to stay legally in New Zealand. Simon and his team analyzed my situation and customized a plan for my subsequent visa applications. Despite the extensive document preparation required, Simon believed it was better to be over-prepared than under-prepared. I actively cooperated with Simon to prepare all the necessary documents. Finally, in January 2024, I received a 2-year Partner based open work visa. This gave me enough time to apply for a resident visa. Simon's team, while I awaited the work visa, also prepared all the materials and submitted the resident visa application. Six months after receiving my work visa, I finally received the resident visa. This process from Section 61 to a New Zealand resident visa was unbelievably quick. Throughout the immigration process, there were many steps, but with clear guidance from Simon's team, it didn't feel difficult . Their online portal was user-friendly and efficient—you could track all submitted documents, and they promptly addressed any questions. Moreover, their fee structure was reasonable, offering a payment plan that made the entire process manageable. Immigration Trust has been an incredible help to our family. I had my parents visit me from China before Covid (4.5 years ago). Simon from immigration trust is a good Immigration advisor for immigration New Zealand who is also registered and licensed with the Immigration Advisor Authority New Zealand with current and valid license (please see the attached photo and you can also verify this by visiting Immigration Advisor Authority New Zealand Website). You can trust him with your immigration issues, and he will guide you through this (can be) difficult process and complicated immigration Act 2009 and its continuously changing amendments.

Hya (office manager for immigration trust) is very helpful and responds quite promptly to any inquiries or doubts you have.

For me, Simon was really helpful as he handled my immigration case regarding a complex issue and navigated me through my immigration journey.

You will be required to do quite a bit of work where and when needed, like submitting documents and writing/organizing supporting letters (I know writing a detailed letter isn't everyone's cup of tea, but Simon and Hya will guide you through this process as long as you provide them with enough raw material for the letter which is as much information as possible).

The client portal Simon/Hya uses to communicate with you and exchange documents are very easy to use on a smartphone or PC. So don't worry too much about meeting him in person as nowadays these types of services can be provided remotely using advanced tech.

Their fees are a bit on the higher side, but again, you get the service you pay for especially with complex immigration solutions. At the end of the day he has a business to run and running a business in New Zealand isn't easy & does require a lot of resources in background that clients can't see.

My wife and I were wanting to put together an application for a Partnership Based Work Visa, but looking at the proof of relationship requirements and trying to collate some documents ourselves made it clear that we had no idea if what we were gathering was enough or would have been presented correctly. I booked the assistance of Simon and his team for a new case. I applied for a Visitor Visa this year (2024) and was sadly declined due to insufficient evidence to be a bona fide applicant. Seeing as this was a problem I needed to explain to INZ the due cause of this. Necessitating my return to Immigration Trust's services.

With Simon's professional help and by understanding the details of the case he explained to me that I needed to be clearer for my reasons in doing so. To summarize, I was laid off from an employer late last year and this negatively affected my plans to apply for an Accredited Employer Visa which I had originally planned to do. To buy some time, I took the chance to apply for a Visitor Visa instead so I can sort out the fallout of this situation. This gives me time to resolve the closure of my employer's company and to give me the chance to search for a new employer in the meantime.

In April 2022, I was caught driving under the influence of alcohol. Went to court, paid fine and disqualification of licenses for 6 months. During same time I applied my permanent residency but got declined with liability of deportation. I searched and contacted the famous lawyers but they told me to wait for the deportation letter.
