Exactly what we needed
We bought the watch for my 11-year-old, and it has been exactly what we needed. Location works well, he can call us if he needs it, but nothing else to distract him.
It has been a few months and it still works as if it were the first day (we use a cover for the screen).

Really happy with my purchase. It was exactly as described on the website. It arrived very promptly and was very easy to set up. The app is very user friendly & I really like the protective settings. Imoo were excellent to deal with and their customer service were brilliant and extremely helpful and responded immediately to my questions. The imoo watch is ideal for my little boy, it is very easy to work and it gives exact location. The calls and voice notes are very easy and simple to use. I would recommend this product

Terrible service Via Imoo. I purchased this watch 3 months ago and it’s been nothing but trouble. Most important features do not work.
I contacted Imoo and they have provided me with the worst customer service. All they are doing is going round in circles to avoid me returning the watch for a refund. It’s useless as we are unable to use it…. Don’t buy

Bad quality bad customer service broken within a week while swimming
my daughter just had the watch for a week and just stopped working right after went swimming.
Contacted imoo customer service and they told me it is not water proof and only limited water resistant. The office said it is Not advisable to swim with it although the advertised otherwise.
Do Not waste your money on this and customer service is horrible took 2 months after multiple emails to reach them.
