Never go to Metrotown mall in Burnaby, BC. They told me it is a free parking for customers, up to 4hours. I stayed less than 30 min, just went to pickup. I would pay parking but parking person in unif... See more

No clear indication of process. Went to pay on the way out and realized we were supposed to pay on the way in. Paid the amount due at the time of leaving and then went to the car and saw a ticket for $98. Called to explain the mistake and told them the about our payment and they could care less. Rude service and scammers. They bait people in by lack of signage and hope to trap people in the process into these crazy tickets. This is how they make their money. Beware of this company!!
Do not use Impark whatsoever
Do not use Impark whatsoever. They will double charged your credit card for one stall. They will keep charging parking, when they email you and say they have canceled. No point in phoning them. I keep getting "I am so sorry for this". I am out 60+ dollars because of them. Another example of the big guy taking from the little guy.

This company is extremely rude when you talk to customer service. They are not helpful. We have been loyal business customers for years and I am so glad that Indigo parking is taking over their lots.

Very bad service!
I came with a little baby of 1.5 years old with a stress, traffics and crying baby in the car for my first time to the parking at Toronto downtown and ask from the employee where can i pick up the parking slip.3I got the answer that i can pay and dont need any slip.I said ok and left. After 3 hours i came back and pay 25$.
On my way home i saw the notice of parking infraction!
it says that i have to pay 86.47$ in 1 week, other way in the next week it will be 98$ and after 1 month it will go to the collectors!
I called and send a dispute but not got any answer or reduction.
I called and spoke with Giridhar and explain the situation. No any emotions or willing to understand the customer, after that i spoke with a supervisor with the name-Josh. He checked that i paid 25$ and didn't cancel the notice-he gave me another penalty of 20$ that i have to pay in 1 week, other way it will go back to 98$ and will goes to collectors!
I asked to speak to the manager, and he refuse to transfer me to somebody else.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!NEVER DON'T USE THEM !!!
THEY ARE JUST WILLING TO GIVE YOU THE TICKET AND SEND IT TO THE COLLECTORS!
IMPERIAL PARKING CANADA CORPORATION - SCAMMERS
A real par(k)asite company.
This company is a parasite, for sure.
On the 3rd of March, I used their parking site.
1) There was no clear explanation that park payment was prepaid.
2) Payment kiosk was not working on the floor I used.
3) I found a notice on my windshield. Before arriving at my car, I had already paid for three hours.
4) This is not my first time using a park. Either you have a time-stamped ticket, or the camera reads the license plate and calculates your due.
5) They sent this notice to a collection company as if it was a mutual sales agreement we both undersigned. I sent them my payment proof, however, they rejected to cancel the notice.
Interestingly, Canadian companies have their own regulations totally underestimate customers.
