Unacceptable experience will be speaking with trading standards if the product doesnt arrive this week.

Pay with credit card to be protected if you must order with them.

Further more they incentive feedback (3% off next purchase), so any feedback through their site albeit independent, can it really be truly honest and accurate.

Ordered a fridge freezer late April. I was told it would be dispatched on May 8, but it still hasn't turned up yet. Have now been old it will be with me by the end of this week, but for something like this I just need to know in advance when the delivery date will be to make sure I can get time off work and be in. Last thing I want after all this time is for it to be sent back to a depot!
Have bought plenty of stuff online and it always goes very smoothly - not this time.
On the up side, it looks like a great fridge and reasonably priced - if it ever arrives! Getting doubtful! Will demand a refund if I still hasn't arrived by Friday!

Ordered £300 worth of items paying extra for a fast dispatch. The fast dispatch was 2-3 days later than I had paid for and delivery took over a week on top of the 3 days. When the order arrived both sets of fans were wrong and the hard drive I ordered has failed to arrive. After contacting them by email, an RMA link, phone, and email again I have yet to get through to them or receive a reply. It has now been over a week since I have contacted them. The next step after this weekend will be to contact Trading Standards to see what move I should make. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered Bosch food mixer for very competitive price. Received and have used it already and am very satisfied. It is a European model and therefore needs a UK adaptor to convert from 2-pin to UK 3-pin. We have one already so not a problem but UK buyers need to be made aware when ordering that they are not getting a standard UK model. Alsohave read other reviews about time it takes for delivery. Mine took about 2 weeks to arrive, maybe delivery lead times should be made clearer when ordering. OK if not in rush. Overall still think worthwhile service for price.

I ordered a product on the 8th of April and was given a delivery estimate of 5-10 working days - 22nd of April with no product in hand, I emailed their various email addresses and received no response, contacted PayPal and they only gave me the option of raising a claim (normally they allow you to contact the seller via them), and I received the refund within minutes, so obviously known issues with this seller.

I can only surmise that PayPal have received so many complaints that they've locked the account and are issuing refunds on demand without going through the normal complaints procedure.

Don't bother ordering as you won't get anything other than a long wait.

Good service overall, answered the call promptly when I needed to speak to them. Effective web support.

Bought an Asus router .. initial ETA was 2-3 days .. arrived something like 17 days later. Annoying it was so slow but the next cheapest price I found was 30 pounds more. Perhaps for the £30 I would have got one with a UK transformer rather than 2 pin. ??

Overall hard to gauge whether I'm happy or not. OKish, but would only repeat the experience if the prices were much lower than the next cheapest supplier.

Ordered the item on Friday 22nd March. After 2 weeks of no response I contacted them to ask what was going on. Was told that my order was due to get processed soon. Another week or so get an email to say item now dispatched. Now on Monday 22nd April finally get item. Website said item dispatched within 2-3 days. Took a month. All I ordered was an 8 pin to 4 pin adaptor which I needed for a pc build. As a result I went ad got oe from somewhere else. I would never buy from them again and unless you are in no rush ad do not actually need the item in the foreseeable future I would advise you not to order from them either.

Happy with the price beat everyone hands down, but you must be prepared to wait... Aprox 2-3 weeks

I bought some high speed expensive CF cards for my camera. I needed them quickly so I bought them from a supplier who promised 2-3 day delivery. That was on the 29th March. I had to call Imperial three times on and around the 9th April to ask where they were. They only then gave me a tracking number for TNT instead of e-mailing me the delivery update. TNT then tried to deliver three times a but never left a card and I ended up making approximately 8 phone calls in total to finally receive my parcel on 17th April. 18 days after purchase. Terrible terrible service and customer care.
