Really pleased with Range Rover Velar D300 recently purchased from Imperials. Jake was very helpful and patient without any of the usual sales pressure.

The car and its preparation for collection could not have been bettered. It looks and drives as if a brand-new car - there is not a blemish. I was impressed by Imperials' general approach and the attention paid to detail by their service team and by their Prestige Vehicle Sales representative - Kevin Brooks who patiently and rapidly responded to all my questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and I much appreciated his honest, soft-sale approach. The service team did not scrimp on the preparation of the car and even sorted out things I had not pointed out.

From the first time I spoke to Jim at Imperial I felt like I was very important. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was so quick in getting back to me with all my queries. Would highly recommend Imperial as a company and especially Jim as your contact.

Purchased a Tesla Model 3. Car was in excellent condition. Thanks to Mason, superb customer service. Had an issue with one of the tyres which I didn't realise till the next day. Mason had it switched with no fuss.
