Hello, I’m sending you this message to let you know that one of your client called Adil Zarouali from Morocco city of Tanger,and he works with gsm server, I’ve paid him $200 to remove an icloud from iPhone 15 pro max official and the server has rejected it twice and when i asked him to refund me the money he blocked me from his WhatsApp and don’t reply to my messages anymore and I’ve been chasing him for a refund for 4 months and still hasn’t refund me nothing so I’m just letting everyone know to be aware of this people because they will never send you a refund if your phone doesn’t unlock and I have all the proof and evidence of the scammer guy

I am not speaking here on behalf of any competitor..and I am not speaking out of nowhere because I suffered with your platform and I am still suffering until now..and my phone is iPhone 12 Pro..it was clean..and now almost a year of delay and now you are saying 40 days of delay what is this nonsense? We are happy to work with you transparently and seriously but you are very slow and do not unlock all phones and as I told you before my phone was clean and has not been unlocked until now..and I contacted you directly but unfortunately you did not provide any solution and you are satisfied with words like what I said..for the record I am not seeking to tarnish your reputation and if I really wanted to do so..I would have recorded one video for you on my channel which has a million and a half followers..but I want the services to be done at a high level and to be fast and on time..thank you

All iPhone services are bad and unreliable. Is it reasonable to unlock an iPhone without a network? This undermines the credibility of the server. Unlock the iPhone completely or lock it completely. Samsung's services are somewhat acceptable.

I've bought a service to unlock my Xiaomi Phone. and first no mention that CN devices aren't supported. asked the support if they could unlock my device BEFORE buying and they said : "Yes"

So I bought the service and next day : request canceled and funds are on the website LOCKED

I asked for a refund on my wallet as they didn't respected their part of the contract but they refuse to do so.

Results : -140$ for me

Don't ever trust them.

EDIT :

I've read the answer of the service.

No it's not mentioned in the TOS or on the product page that CN devices aren't supported and even if it was the case your customer support shouldn't have answered me that it could unlock a device that's only CN for now (so it it was a mistake that's from your end)

So yes I have 140$ on the website but for what ? There's literally nothing that I could use. so for me that's exactly like it's lost.

I agreed to your terms, yes, but you didn't fulfilled your contract and that's your fault.

And that's also weird that for SOME REASONS my account isn't accessible since I published my review. Not like you're FAIR !!!

SCAM !!!!!!

You need to add fund to place an order, after placing the orders, and the services not clear, and if you place an order you will be accused that you placed the wrong service and you can't ask for refund, in the best case the order will be rejected and disposed the refund in to your wallet on the website, the support is the worst team i have deal with, all what they can do is send you a url from the website!!!!!
so it 100% scam, stay away from them
