Disappointed

My first order was through B & Q Market Place and I received notification that my order had been dispatched on 22 October. After five days, the order hadn't arrived, so I contacted Inbrackets through the B & Q email link and the parcel eventually arrived. I placed a second order directly on 1 November and, once again, the order had not arrived by 11 November. Following another exchange of emails, the order arrived within two days. Not good, hence only one star.

Excellent customer service

4) Next day postage refund issued when goods did not arrive the next day

Great- And superb when i needed extra help.

Very helpful, it couldn't of been better customer service, the Gentalmen i spoke to got back to me immeadiatly to help action my purchase. A Great expirence.
If you've never given Inbrackets a wherl, i highly recomend you do, you won't be disapointed.
Well done to the Gentlemen on the day, and well done inbrackets.
