Mark helped me out on an analogue/dab issue and although it seemed that doing nothing was the best option he helped me come to that conclusion which meant that a sale wasn’t imminent. But he continued to help until it was all sorted.

I bought some iso and steering wheel kit from them for my 997 and it worked very well. When I had an issue 1 year after on some wiring, they were very helpful and helped fixing my issue. I highly recommend.

I called and asked for some advice about an installation I'm looking at doing. Mark was able to answer all of my questions and checked some information with one of the installers. Really helpful.

What a great company to deal with, my problem was quickly sorted out. The guys went out of their way to help sort my problem. Can’t thank them enough especially Mark.

I recently purchased an Audi TT Pioneer SPH-PF97BT9" car stereo upgrade with the fitting kit. From start to finish communication from the guys at in car tech was on point. I initially had to wait for some stock to arrive and I also had to send part of the product back as it was faulty, however I cannot fault the service I got and all parts were replaced within days. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their car audio tech from here.

Ordering is simple with multiple delivery options depending on how quickly you need the item. I had a problem with installation however via WhatsApp they helped me see where I had gone wrong. Would I purchase from them again. Absolutely!

Bought a car play system for my van,. Mike and his team were so helpful as it wasn't a straight forward system I wanted, answered my email queries within 20 mins, nothing seemed to much trouble, I'd 100% recommend InCarTec

I had purchased items from InCarTec through a German shop. When connecting them, I encountered a problem. The shop said I had purchased the wrong product. I found that illogical, so I contacted InCarTec.
And that resulted in excellent service! During our contact, I always received a quick response. In the end, it was easy to solve, top notch.

Had a good experience with these guys recently trying to put a new head unit in my 2010 Megane and maintain the steering wheel control AND navigation controls. None of the conversion kits listed was an exact match so the first one I tried had to go back but whoever I was in contact with at the company were always helpful and order sent out promptly.

For anyone doing the same as me, you need the Clio/Laguna kit that covers the year 2010 😁

Mark Jennings's customer service was very good. He provided me with technical assistance at first, as I had purchased a canbus quadlock iso adapter which in the description was compatible with my car. He diagnosed the issue i had and directed me to the variant that will work for me. He also helped me with regards to returning the original item I purchased. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend InCarTec to friends as a result of this. Thank you Mark.

I had a few technical issues with a Kenwood DMX7722DABS head unit I had installed into a client's Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Mark Jennings at Incartec was ultimately helpful and the issues were quickly resolved. A pleasure to deal with.

Speedy delivery and a very good responsive after sales support

The guys at InCarTec were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was 1st class. I had a 10” Pioneer multi media Screen fitted to replace the outdated standard VW head unit in my Amarok. They also fitted upgraded speakers and an under seat Sub. And it looks and sounds amazing. They also did me a favour and hard wired my dash cam which I’d been running from the cigarette lighter for a while so the cockpit is now sleek, modern and more importantly wire free.
I can’t thank them enough and would no hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks guys. Best wishes Martin.

Contacted lunch time one day, sent me the part code, ordered arrive the very next day, no messing about. Awesome

Purchased a amplifier adaptor that is meant to drop the levels for my amp also has built in ground loop isolators so using this bit of kit I shouldn't get any static through the speakers.....yeah guess what getting static through the speakers talk to there technical department the consensus is they all do that! So why did I waste £60 on something that doesn't do what they advertise it to do? Why do they even sell it?

I've done aftermarket headunits in these cars before using the cut & hack method of using the RCA connectors with some cheap eBay special ground loop isolators which resulted in normal static free tunes once winter is here I'm going to do just that & chuck the amplifier adaptor in the bin

What a waste of £60!
