Found the website easy to use, product just what I wanted. Didn’t have to wait to long for delivery.

The service was great. The product is unwearable. It’s a giant, thick, crinkly slingshot. It is so thick, it doesn’t really fold. Really disappointed.

I would give zero stars if I could

This company has you at their mercy if you need specialist beds for people that need them

The ordering was awful , website kept crashing
Then website would not load over and over

Had to try over and over then , I had to use PayPal as it their site would not accept any of my cards m yet had money in my cards to cover payment

Order arrived with severe damage on box

I had to spend hours on their live chat and phone line to try get the issue rectified

I was told pictures I sent , they couldn’t see as was a small live chat

Then I called and got Male member of staff member who could not be annoyed talking to me
I asked for a manager and was told
“ Monday is a busy day for people ordering on our phones and site”
I don’t know when you will get a call back from manager as we are too busy to deal with you!

He Tried to get rid of me!

I hung up & I called back and got a very helpful female member of staff, who finally passed me on to a manager
She was helpful doing this for me

The manager became a nightmare and I stood my ground getting issue rectified

Any issues people may have with their deliveries, please do not open your box as it invalidates issues!!

Takes money and sends products damaged m then do not care about customer
It’s terrible to try and get sorted out

I did get my issue rectified in end after hours of upset this firm caused me
I know my rights as a consumer

I would never use again!

Website very clear - first time purchase - all arrived on time. Not used yet but I'm sure they will be ok

Goods arrived in a timely fashion. Have used before so know the product (sensitive body wash) is really good. Ordering was easy.
The only slight issue was the state of the package - which probably was the fault of the delivery company - it was torn and the package looked like it had been trodden on (boot mark on package and one of the bottles was disfigured - fortunately it was the top corner, no leakage and hasn't affected the ability to use the produce

The service, product and price were excellent from your company. Sad to say it was let down by a very poor delivery service. Despite leaving instruction with the courier to put the box in the enclosed porch. He left it on the doorstep in full view of everyone going past the house.

Amazingly fast delivery, Ordered Saturday and they were delivered today (Monday!) They were very well packaged and look excellent quality. Overall very impressed.

The Item was well packed and quickly delivered; it was also good value for money.

Anthony was brilliant on customer services as evri so say had my parcel out for delivery and then no scan since, he realised there was a problem and sent out a replacement straight away via DPD which came the very next day, thank you Anthony.
