Easy to order and prompt delivery

This is a very bad company it takes your money then won't let you change anything on the order if you order between 6pm to 9am the whole thing is a money grabbing Charlton company do not order anything in these hours as their support service just comes back with sorry can't help such a rubbish money grabbing company AVOID at all costs

Order came quickly, driver didn't leave package in my safe spot , left it in the open , my safe spot stops people from seeing the package from the pavement.
So no points for that.
Pants are supposed to be good for 2500mils , but could only take one void at about 1300mils , so disappointed with that , as my tena proskin super medium pullups can take at least 2 voids over night and they're not night pullups.
So abit of a let down on that front as by the morning i was leaking after 1 bladder void .
Very comfy fit and good coverage, just needs better leak guards and more padding to the front , would i buy again ? Maybe if they out performed my usual pullups (tena proskin super medium) but they didn't, for a night time pullup they're meant to have better coverage and absorbency , but unfortunately they lack the side leak protection and absorbency is lacking for me , other people may find they're fine , but i suffer from myelopathy and urge incontinence so my flow is more force-full .
If they improved the padding at the front a little and sorted the side guards I'd be really happy 😊.
But now I have to try some other alternative night pullups to cover me overnight.

I ordered pull up pants for my grandson at teatime and they arrived the very next day like they said they would be. They were a lot softer than the nappies he uses and they fitted much better, extremely happy with my order

It was OK the pads aren't as thick as what u think they're very thin as a person who has wear incontinence pad I did go for as thick as thought but I'll just be getting my sister to order my pads from amazon
