Even after i lost all my money my Trading manager WhatsApp number still try to scam me saying they will refund my money into my wallet but i need to pay 4% of the refund money into a Bidcoin Wallet before end February only then will they refund my money, even send me a copy of a Blockchain request
Please avoid Eugene, Dan, Mark and anyone from Index

They are a bunch of scammers keep away from them. They scammed me almost $1,500.

They are agents of hell and if they don't stop their evil ways, hell is where they will end up.

Index review team mend your ways or you are doomed.

Myexperience with said local authority leads me to the conclusion that they can not be trusted to use volountry given DATA for the use it intended and may well use for what I believe is their own ends as a way of getting around the law and escaping from clauses etc which set out their obligations Of particular note and from experience is my belief that to inform them you have a metal health problem they will use said to their own ends and as detailed above

Absolute scammers, they are now constantly calling me to (return my initial deposit of £750)
had a call from the returns manager but they wont give me email etc or any other details but want my bitcoin address , don't have anything to do with these people the positive comments on here are fake and Trustpilot know this.
They did offer to payme to remove any negative comments I have made

This is a scam. Scammed my mother put of £200. Thanks god she didn’t put more money in!!

As I said previously, this company should be exposed and stopped trading completely. They mis-managed my money, they refusing to make me withdraw money and have now found a way to stop me checking on my trading account. They used to call me on What'sUp and sent me text messages but now since they've got my money they don't want to talk to me anymore or reply my messages on what's up. Dan Sterling and Martin Silver all know about me and aware of how disappointed I am with their company but none of them cares and will not reply to my messages anymore.
They've blocked my phone and blocked my trading account. I regret trading with this company. Now I cannot even see the review I left here. It seems as if this has been removed.

This is a scam. They take your money do a just for show trade to hook you in then ask for even more money….don’t respond to messages requesting your money back and then block you from seeing your account. I should have listened to my instincts!!! Their so called senior financial advisors - yes you Dan STERLING are just smooth talking conmen. Don’t waste your money.

Thank you Index-review for being the cool place to earn bitcoins. I love sharing this earning site to this everyone esp. here in Iceland . It's great to see how many new people invest every day and earn in bitcoin.

Very friendly and helpful initially with regular phone calls, then the requests for more money started and when I refused - they lost all interest in me and I could no longer get in contact with any of my account managers and advisors.
I have been waiting almost a month to withdraw funds and not getting anything until i had to reach out to Bill.shuldberg@0utlookcom who took up my case and recoup my loss from them ..
Stay away from this company

Index-review is such an amazing platform. As soon as you sign up, an agent will call to verify your information and provide tips on becoming a better trader. What excites me the most is their wide variety of investments to choose from.

Index Review is a scam company prying on people trying to start trading. They convinced me to do trading with them. I traded with a large amount of money. Had good trades sometimes I lost money but all and all it was good, I more than tripled my starting investment. All was good until I wanted to withdraw some of my money. I worked with 3 people Eugene Anderson, Oliver Martins and Dan Sterling. Eugene was the first person to help me, he also helped me with a few of my trades which did make some profit, however when I tried to withdraw the trading profit there was always a reason why he cannot approve with no concrete reason ever given. Also, there was an investigation done as to why none of my withdrawals were approved but he disappeared before any result was given. Then, Oliver called and said he will help me sort out the problem with the withdrawals, his solution was that there is fees blocking my account which I paid, but the block was not removed and I cannot find any documentation stating there is fees needed nor where the “fees” I paid went, after paying he also just disappeared. Lastly Dan called me claiming to be the head of finance. He then told me to pay even more fees to free the block which cannot be shown because the company does not issue documentation for fees or any official paperwork. I was unable at that time to raise the new fees after which he closed my account (of $93000.) which is directly against the company policy of deducting $50 per month for inactive accounts.
I repeatedly tried to call the number listed on their website however even though it does have an automated answering machine after about 2 minutes of holding on the machine just says call back or end the call. Even the email gets ignored and does not offer any reply anymore.

INDEX-REVIEW had my review removed twice because they are afraid of the truth. When I challenged them openly, instead of facing the truth they complained. I am posting this review again to save people from being scammed. They are keeping their ratings high just by complaining about the negative reviews and having them removed.

I wrote the review below earlier:
I have already reported them to FCA and IFSC that they claim to be regulated by. All lies. I have asked for a withdrawal of $3890 dollars on 3rd of March 2021. Till now, no refund. I have e-mail communication records with me, that I had with their support group and complaints department. They would respond initially, now no response for several days. Got a call from a number starting with +61 one day, the person claiming to be their complaints manager. He told me he will ensure my funds will be refunded as early as possible, it has been 3 weeks and still nothing. Kept getting called by a guy name Oliver Martin (account manager) initially, he kept pushing me to invest more, that I didn't. Now he has disappeared.
I dare them to come and respond to me here. Bunch of frauds.

17/05/2021: A clear sign that they are scammers is that 90% of their positive reviews came in April 2021, while they were refusing to pay back the money in March 2021 and were getting negative reviews in March.

20/05/2021: I sent an e-mail in response to Index-Review reply, guess what response i got back??
"Dear Mr. Kashif,
Your request has been processed.
Please allow 14 to 30 business days to see the funds in your account."
So they took 14-30 business day since 3rd of March 2021, for what? Now they are telling me they need another 14-30 business days.
They are saying this platform is not the place to solve the issues.
You have not resolved my query in the time allocation as per your own website (14-30 days) despite me providing you with everything. You do not respond to my e-mails. This platform is the only place where I can sort the problem out. I have proof of every single thing I am saying. I am challenging you openly, prove me wrong.

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal from a small deposit I made in February, since March, you can barely reach them on the phone. They respond to selective emails then stop replying all together. On the website they say withdrawal request are handled in 3-5 business days, they finally approved the request on 3rd of June, over a month now and the money is still not in my account, I’ve sent them my bank statement to show proof I haven’t received the withdrawal. They come up with different excuses all the time and they lie.

I MADE A SMALL DEPOSIT IN WHICH WOULD BUILD TO A GOOD RETURN , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INVESTMENT PLUS THEY WILL NOT HELP ME CLOSE SAID ACCOUNT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR NOT WOTH 1 STAR

Be very careful with this company. If they say that they are adding a bonus to your account what they actually mean is it is a credit agreement. They don’t give you any terms and conditions but you will not be able to withdraw any funds until you have paid them the bonus back first. They now have my money and I can’t get it back. It seems like a con to me.

Every time I look at their website they call me and today their answer when i asked them not to call me was Mr. Robinson you don't make the rues we do and if you don't like it stay the F*** off our website. Great sales tactics I must admit. After reading some of the reviews and what I have just experienced stay very clear of them.

I previously gave Index-Review a 1 star rating due to a certain staff member (he is "no longer" employed by Index Review) who did not explain to me how the bonus points system works, and because of that I was unable to withdraw my funds.

I eventually got to speak to a gentleman (sorry NOT a gentleman but rather a con artist) by the name of David. He explained to me what the previous employee had done, and even confirmed to me that he listened to phone conversations between myself and the "ex employee" and then David admitted to me that Index Review was at fault and that he would resolve all my issues and even agreed to refund me all my investments I had put into Index Review. Then I gave them a 5 star rating. NOW THIS IS WHERE THINGS GET INTERESTING !!!!

David is a complete LIAR like the rest of Index review. He did one payment and has then ignored all my messages and even my emails to the billing department. So below is my previous review of them.

The platform is great and fees are decent, (GREAT COVER UP) then when you want to withdrawal your money, that's when all your problems start. They will come up with any excuse not to. Then they ignore and never reply to you. Then when you are upset with them because you just want to get your money out, they will literally block you on their WhatsApp group and ignore any mail you send them.

They are not a registered trading platform, and I challenge them to show me the proof that they are. I got over $3600.00 in my account with them. Their address is in the Caribbean's, and is used by like 3 other trading platforms as well. Google Map the address and you will see for yourself. Even their "landline" is located to a traffic circle in London.

The FCA wrote and I quote "This is an unauthorized firm that uses the details of a genuine FCA regulated firm when offering products and services. This makes the unauthorized firm appear as if it is regulated" also their "complaints department email" does not work, your mails will be returned.

Index Review's holding company has had a website that was identical to their current one just with another name (FX-Review). THAT SITE WAS SHUT DOWN AND THEY FILED FOR LIQUIDATION.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND HARDWORK. Before investing your hard earned money, look for a trading platform that ARE registered to regulatory board in your country.

I have now reported them to the Cyber Crime Special Task force in my country who are taking this up with Interpol's Cyber Department.

You have been warned, and I guarantee you that the positive reviews on here are false, bots and staff are involved.

I'm amazed by these Scammers, putting money in is easy, taking your money out is impossible. I never can understand a person who can take advantage of ignorance and innocent of another human being.

Weirdly. my previous review got flagged and unfortunately they succeeded to take it down without any evidence or communication, so I’m going to re-write the same review.

"This company is not registered in any country and they are a fraudulent and scammers. I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal for months and they’ve given no acceptable excuse; they closed my account, so I tried to get my lawyers involved but they couldn’t locate this company anywhere and it’s not registered in any financial trade."

To conclude, No registry, No appropriate communication and no reasoning behind closing my father's account. I would definitely never recommend this platform to anyone as I have lost a heap of money, just like the other reviewers.

P.S The good reviews seem to be automated or employees of this fraudulent activity.
