I have requested my money to be deposited back to me end of April. To date, I have made several emails requesting this to be done, with a reply saying an account manager will be in touch.

DO NOT deposit any money with these people, you WILL NOT get it back

After requesting my $250.00 deposit back I only managed to get back $50.00 but the other $200.00 they claim has to be approved before being sent back. That was April the 23rd 2021.
This company is in the market to scam you of your deposit then bluff you into thinking if you give them more money they will double it. DO NOT TOUCH unless you wish to make them a donation.

l was a beginner with only £500 to put into crypto currencies promised l would not lose my £500 but within 3weeks it had disappeared and so had my agent Martin Silver. Stay away from INDEX-REVIEW.COM they will take your money,

I requested to withdraw my money on the 18th March 2021 but I still can't get my money till today.

Sent email to my account manager Oliver regarding this matter, he only replied me ok and then nothing happened. Sent email to their Billing Dept. and they informed me that my withdraw was approved and it will takes 14 - 30 business days to get the money fund in my e-wallet. Till now I have yet receive my money and yet they kept calling me to deposit more money. How could I deposit more money when I can't even get my money back?

Been to the store today bought new furniture was very happy with the salesman baz as he was very curtious and polite explained everything to us very happy with the service

Why I still cannot get my withdrawal that from date 03/03/21 till today 15/04/21 .. Why so long times .. ??? Just withdraw 3000 USD only

Avoid this company and save yourself the hassle of recovering your money. After a refund request due to a bereavement the account handler Tony informed me that he did not see any relevance. The accounts department emailed me to inform that it takes up to 30 days to receive a refund. This company operates in a disgraceful manner and is not compliment to the finance industry’s basic protocol. Avoid avoid avoid.

The original refund was requested on the 7th March. Still no refund at all and today is the 13 April 2021. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND IN 30 DAYS. PLEASE refund asap my £200.00. The agents call back but don’t have any interest in giving money back the ask to trade the funds and will not pay out at all so do not ever use this company. Still waiting to get money back from these horrible annoying people.

I have made an investment, however my account manager has vanished alongside my investment. Very disappointed with this company, as they seem to be able to take your money with total impunity with no way of you being able to get it back. How can they do this in the UK with no one investigating them? Surely this is Fraud, I'm still waiting for them to call me regarding this investment?

I have come across this page the exact same day as I was refused a withdrawal. I was hounded, pressed and pressured to make further, larger investment. The manager (Tony Russo) repeats that he will treble my family savings if I invest now, pretending to care, offering insurance and risk free trades, telling me we will work successfully together for the next 10 years. I refused to put in further money, then within an hour he blew a 17k account and says bye. I have just been told all accounts are fake, they take your money and press to get more of your money. Heartless theft. *PLEASE DO NOT INVEST WITH INDEX REVIEW*

I deposited £250 into the account but before I verified it I had a change of mind.I requested that the money be returned to the same card that I had used to deposit it.
I was contacted the same day asking why I didnt wish to continue.I explained and requested the return.
I then had to verify the account before they would return what was rightfully mine.
To date I have provided a copy of the card used.My passport, a local authority photo id card and a copy of a HMRC P45 which has all the information required to prove my identity.
They are now adamant that they require a colour copy of a utility bill.
I have explained that A) we are paperless and B) they are in my wifes name.
I have requested the details of the decision maker who is refusing to return My money.They will not provide me with this.
I have seen the previous reviews and only wish that I had checked prior to depositing my money with them.

I am trading with Index Review for six months already. I am very satisfied by the results. All is thanks to my account manager as my field knowledge is next to none.

I agreed to withdraw my review of Index-Review in the hope of receiving my balance requested on the 23rd December 2020!

I noticed that all other reviewers removed the poor reviews posted previously and I agreed to do the same. I was promised I would received my funds once the cash flow problems were alleviated but I have no confidence in receiving my balance.

I have not received any profit from the site and only managed to withdraw my initial deposit!

I have only been contacted once since the 23rd December, which was the phone call to ask me to remove my review. Very poor given I have tried to contact them on a number of occasions.

I was informed of cash flow problems due to COVID restrictions. I believe that this is false given the account balances I was shown by the company and many of their clients apparently making thousands of pounds profit per week.

Really disappointing with how everything has gone but fortunate I have lost a couple of thousand profit as I was looking to deposit a large sum with this company.

I have wasted lots of time trading with this company but feel lucky I didn’t invest the sums requested by the company, as I’m sure I wouldn’t have seen that again.

I’m now looking into all my options available in reporting this company as fraud and will be forwarding all information I have to the authorities.

Have asked to withdraw funds, this is around £5k
Have waited three weeks and nothing heard despite frequent mails to accounts dept and the customer service people who never answer,
Be aware do not use !!!

Received a dozen calls desperately asking that I remove the above review, they told me Index-review is now going into liquidation, and they will now only be paying out my initial investment of around $500. they will send that to me over the weekend if I remove my review,
I explained repeatedly :
If full payment of all monies is not received $7509.31, I would not be removing my review.

Contacted   IFSC and had the following reply:
A search of our company registry confirms that INDEX-REVIEW is not a registered entity under the International Financial Services Commission Act, Chapter 272 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2011 (the “IFSC Act”) so the registration details for this company are totally fictitious.

UPDATE 3
After many calls a member of the customer support team finally admitted the company is in financial difficulties. and it is unlikely that I will receive any refund of my funds. therefore further action is necessary.

finally received a mail confirming my request has been completed, the funds have been approved and refunded TOTAL LIES four weeks now and no return of funds.

It appears they have now closed my account too. Total scam, and there are so many fictitious reviews on here all probably written by Index review. stay away !!! you have been warned,,,you will lose your money.

Their support team has been nothing but helpful to me, they're always available when I need them (even at Australian trading hours). They always have answers to all my questions and they're really professional.

A very good customer service fro this broker, I'm very pleased to say that other brokers need lo learn from this team of pros.

A question for all the other users - has anyone taken profits out? The link to them came form BITCoin ERA?

the trading app is good, but recently I'm encountering login problem, can you please deal with this issue and fix this?

I usually don't go on these sites because a lot of them are crooks but my sister in law told me that these guys are safe, so I opened an account four months ago. Up to now everything has been good, there were no surprise fees.
