Solid, with decent customer service
No complaints for my pal world server. I got double charged due to my own mistake and they refunded me within a few days of submitting a ticket.

Great Service
Gave a trial experience for a premium server which is a first for any hosting game server hosting service and was incredibly easy to use and very good for the price as well as having alot of qol improvements

2 day trial to ensure it's good for your group is just smart business
Very easy to use, simple UI, good tools, but some of my friends experienced lag with the server we rented while they claim through tests their internet is fine/strong. Perhaps spotty coverage. I appreciate the ability to use the 2-day trial to check for this beforehand, however.
+Edit: They asked me for feedback regarding the server I started with them, I mentioned the issues we were having, and they immediately offered to move us to a different machine to see if that helped. Honestly great service.
