The good and Bad
I’ve had good experiences with the support staff at Indifferent Broccoli — they’re responsive, polite, and genuinely try to help when issues come up. Unfortunately, the biggest problems we’ve faced aren’t with support itself, but with the server performance.
We host multiple servers with them, and since day one we’ve dealt with ongoing stability issues. Tickets usually result in temporary fixes or workarounds, but the root problems never seem fully resolved. If you’re planning to run a community server expecting 20+ concurrent players, I would seriously consider other hosting options.
From our experience, the physical boxes feel heavily overloaded. For example, we pay for a 32-slot Project Zomboid server, yet once player counts go beyond roughly 12 people, the server becomes unstable and can crash or restart due to the machine being “too busy.” Support often offers to move us to another node or IP, but constant migrations aren’t a real long-term solution.
To be fair, the team is helpful and does what they can — but the underlying infrastructure hasn’t met our needs for larger communities. Smaller servers or casual use may be fine, but for higher-population servers, our experience has been frustrating and inconsistent.
It is a bad server for Satisfactory
It is a bad server for Satisfactory, we are 4 friends playing, we have crazy lag and some of us can’t even join the game depending on the day after several attempts. After opening some tickets they can’t solve the issue and close the tickets. Not recommended at all for Satisfactory.

Perfect, all I have to say.
I have no words. The server was amazing. Ui is comfortable, everything is so straight forward with many userfriendly guides. The support is the best. It took 5 minutes for a response, they worked over time to solve my issue. Even did things I didn't even need to have, just made my server better before my issue even happened. 10/10 reccomended to anyone.
Perfect experience. Doesn't get much better than this
Excellent support, easy to set up, easy to use with a nice and easy to navigate interface. Modding is easy and smooth as butter. Honestly 10/10 cant ask for much better!
Amazing Service Team
Indifferent Broccoli has a team member Indifferent Cat, and they are wonderful in every way with the exceptional help they provided with a server crash, thank you so much @indifferentcat

Been with these guys for a while :)
Been with these guys for a while. Always polite and helpful. I've run Valheim, Zomboid, Palworld, Enshrouded and 7D2D through them. Best server hosting experience I've had with a company by far. Responsive discord,

all fair, performance a possible questionmark though
Price seems fair. Setup is good. I like the dashboard, discord bot is quite convenient. Enshrouded server performance is more like mid though. Got a 4 person server which should have uncapped RAM but even with 2 people the game displays a warning about ciritcal server load. I did message someone from Indifferent Broccoli about it but got not response though that's not cool. Wanted to give 3 stars initially but that seemed unfair idk do with the information what you will :)
Quick Chat Support and Great Services
Ran a dedicated server for myself and a friend on Satisfactory using Independent Broccoli. I was having a problem with server manager, and dev/chat support was super easy through discord. Got the issue solved within an hour. Services are well worth the money!
Quick, speedy, polite, and helpful!
Customer service is quick, amazing, and helpful! Indifferent Broccoli staff is great and awesome at helping fix any server issues. Server up-times are high and we haven't run into any issues. Specific thank you to indifferent cat - the staff member who helped us fix our server.
Scam Servers
I really appreciate paying for a game server to be on standby for over a year, and then when I go to actually use it you have internal errors that prevent me from actually being able to use it. Really appreciate having to contact support via discord, that's basically the worst way you could have done that.

Fantastic help on the discord
Fantastic help on the discord. Spent 3 and a half hours helping me fix my server. Wonderful customer service.
They Dont Feel Like Dealing With It
If the problem is too large, they wont help you with it and will just wait for you to go away.

The server ran great and was easy to set up and manage, I forgot to cancel my sub and was given a refund with no questions asked. Will definitely be returning to this service when I need it.
horrible service
horrible service. server crashes every 5 mins. Support is non existent. 10 hrs later still nothing done. i thought GPortal was bad. this place is 10x worse. Ignoring your customer for 10 hrs is not a good host.
To your reply. Which ticket..also we got tired of waiting. We logged out for night as the server was offline. I have a screenshot of the reply. You WERE AWARE the box was bad we were on but you left me on it.
You failed in service. You left the server on a box you said was having issues. Do you always leave your customers on BAD SERVERS that you acknowledge was bad.
And it still sucks for service at primetime.
