Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 47 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the payment process, citing issues with processing times and funds being held. The pricing structure, including annual and monthly fees, was a significant point of contention, with many feeling these charges were excessive and often unexpected. Additionally, the customer service received frequent criticism for being unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. Reviewers also reported problems with the product itself, such as cards not working or being blocked without clear reasons. While a small group of people felt that the subscription terms were ambiguous, the general sentiment was that the company's practices regarding fees and account management were unsatisfactory and caused concern.

Its not a card i would recommend

Its not a card i would recommend. No credit line increase and even if you pay ontime they will decline a purchase which is weird. 300 dollar credit linit is all you will get, Its just not worth it to me. Imo youre better off applying for Credit One.

Concora serviced Mastercards (Indigo& Milestone)

Indigo MasterCard as well as Concora who services the Milestone MasterCard as well is awful. Every month I'd make my own time payments to both cards via the concora site they would debit them from my account then return them right back to my account. I could not get customer service to understand what I was saying was happening and there was no way to escalate. After 6 months they cancelled both my cards due to suspicious banking activity, when they were the ones returning my payments. This did major damage to my credit which I had gotten the cards to improve. If you are scrapping for every point you can get on your credit (which is who these cards are made for) don't risk those points with any Concora card

Just a bad card

I pay off card twice monthly. When the payment is made, it takes 2 days to process, and then Indigo does not allow the post on their side, even though they have taken from my account, for 3 days. The fees are ridiculous. The support is overseas. Good luck understanding them. Suggest you cancel card and obtain another one.

Misleading advertising and poor…

Misleading advertising and poor transparency. Indigo markets their card by letting you ‘choose a design,’ but the design I selected was not actually available. They still approved the card but issued a completely different design without telling me. When I contacted support, they admitted that many of the designs shown on the website are ‘not available,’ yet they continue to advertise them.

On top of that, the card comes with very high fees compared to most cards for fair credit — including a hefty annual fee and potential monthly charges. With a 690+ credit score, there are much better options available that are honest about their features. I canceled immediately and would not recommend this card.

I wouldn’t get this card

Called to see if they would lower my APR and the representative told me that they don’t do that because they learn to subprime consumers. Basically they are going after low income people and charging higher fees. CEO is getting richer and people are going into debt. In this company could care less.

avoid this card at all costs

indigo card is a scam. its allegedly $0 monthly fee for the 1st year then jumps up to $231 every year after that. no card with a $1500 limit should charge even $25 a year

customer service pretends they cant hear what youre telling them. all of the agents sound like a bunch of mumble rappers. they should be fired and replaced with usa based agents that speak proper english

Trash card

Yes, these guys are ass…advertise 24 hour customer service and the shut down at 9pm….in addition to what everyone else is saying….cant wait to see what is next from these bozos

Update…I just read all the other reviews…I’m screwed because I too paid this piece of garbage to zero…apparently they don’t like that….now my card doesn’t work either…I will live but it is clearly a bait and switch or scam…

By the way, never seen a company where every single review is one star and everybody without fail hates it…that’s a new one…

Stay away!!!!!!

Update 7/8
Just called this clown crew…got kind of what was expected with a twist…First I asked why they say beside their phone number in the App they provide 24 hour customer service and the close down at 9pm…no good answer to that one but they are “sorry” in very broken English ( does anyone other than Discover or Chewy still provide English speaking support any longer?)
As for my next question…suffice it to say he was very confused even though it was an easy one…and just started reading from the scripts answering questions I very clearly did not ask. Then put me on hold, and when he couldn’t figure out the answer just never came back and hung up (didn’t see that coming). I did take their survey at the end of the call…one of the questions was “if I had a customer service job would I hire this person”…lol, uh, no!

I am sure my feedback was important….

First I am completely disappointed in…

First I am completely disappointed in the indigo card service. I send a payment long before my payment was do from my checking account but the payment was not processed at all and then I made another payment using the same method which also was not processed which I received an email from both transaction from Concora credit saying that my payments both where dumited and then days later I checked to see why both amounts where not substrates from my account only to find out that they had closed my account because of to many returned payments which was completely their fault and went to tell me that I would recieve a letter in the mail confirming this and wasn’t even notified by an email of the whereabouts about my account. I was totally outraged at the terrible service this company and then they claim ther was nothing they could do to open my account, but just pretty much had to accept their miss handling of my account. Please do yourself a favor and never apply for and indigo credit card of any kind ever to avoid the terrible experience I went through please

Scam

It took them 4 tries (over 6 weeks) to get the card sent. After finally receiving and activating the card, it didn't work. Come to find out they had already closed my account without any sort of notification. I paid 3 months of account maintenance fees and never used my card once.

Beware of this company

I would not recommend this card to anyone. They get you "in" by offering a fair amount of credit, with fairly reasonable terms.
After a few months they will send a letter about a change in terms. Raising the interest to 35% and saying they will now charge you monthly for having their card, whether you have used it or not. The only options at that point are: to agree to the new terms or close the account. Closing the account will drop your credit score by at least 18 points.
It's bait and switch at it's finest.
How could they improve?
By not conducting business that way.

Terrible Service Toward Customers

I requested a new card because I had lost mine. I needed to update my address so they could send the new card to my new home. They sent the card, but then I received a letter that the card would be closed and that I needed to send in document verification. Why wouldn't they ask me for document verification before sending out the new card? My current identification does not have my new address on it so the account was closed and is likely going to negatively impact my credit score as I have had this card for over 7 years! And when I requested for them to reopen the account they told me the account was permanently closed! Another rep told me the account was closed due to a dispute. I've never had ONE dispute EVER on this card! Beyond pissed off that this is the way Indigo treats their customers. None of the managers could do anything to assist me. Very disappointing and I would NOT recommended this card to anyone!!
