Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 47 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the payment process, citing issues with processing times and funds being held. The pricing structure, including annual and monthly fees, was a significant point of contention, with many feeling these charges were excessive and often unexpected. Additionally, the customer service received frequent criticism for being unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. Reviewers also reported problems with the product itself, such as cards not working or being blocked without clear reasons. While a small group of people felt that the subscription terms were ambiguous, the general sentiment was that the company's practices regarding fees and account management were unsatisfactory and caused concern.

Too bad there are not negative stars

Too bad there are not negative stars. This is a scam. Beware. Card supposedly mailed a month ago and not received. Monthly maintenance charges applied and refused to waive and now says there is a block on sending replacement card. Don't apply. Don't use. Will be disputing with credit agencies to have removed.

I WAS happy with my card

Things were great, until I paid off my bill and had a zero balance.

Then you thought you'd be smart asses and lock my card for no effing reason. Caused my payment to get kicked back to another account and that account to get overdrafted.

So thanks for completely inconveniencing me, and making me have to move money around that to cause delays in other areas.

And then absolutely no offer of compensation. Just "your card is unlocked now". Well, gee, thank you. Thank you massas for unlocking the card I already pay for so I can use it and you can make MORE money. Thank effing God, that it was a storage unit bill, and I wasn't on a road trip, planning to use that card for fuel.

Don't get this card

Don't get this card! I have been paying my balances off every time I charge and they hold back my funds for 14 days, it's not available to me right away. But they take it out of my checking account fast. You do not want to do business with an organization that steals from you! STAY AWAY!

Do not by any means get this card

Do not by any means. Sign up for this card and you'll fee the monthly fee and the credit protection fee is outrageous. These people sent me pre-approval got approved for no annual fee. No monthly fee. Just credit protection fee and 3 months later sent me a letter stating that this card will have an annual fee plus a $7 monthly fee and the only way to avoid the fees to close the account which in turn makes your credit worse than what you started out with. I would strongly advise anybody that is trying to build their credit stay far far away from this company you will only be put in the worst position than what you started out with

The WORST credit building card EVER..

The WORST credit building card EVER... They closed my account after 3 months because ...wait for it ...i paid too many times. First I was told that I was delinquent which was ridiculous because I had paid more than once a month then I was told it's because of my payments to credit ratio meaning the fact that I paid four times in 3 months caused them to cancel me and completely bomb the credit score that I have been working so hard to fix.

I have been a customer for 5 years

I have been a customer for 5 years. Mad my payments on time every month on time.... so I thought. Come to find out my due date was changed from the 23rd to the 21st. This cost to was $40 a month for 12 months. I haven't even used the card for a year. I was paying it off. But instead of paying it off my balance kept getting bigger. Thunk again before doing business with them or anybody with Concord Credit Card Services.

My experience has been so bad

My experience has been so bad, First 3 times I went to use the card It was denied, I than tried calling the company in Jamacia to let them know I would be using the card an it was still denied, They suggested i send them my License in the Mail as they do not have any email support of any kind. I sent them my license for extra Identification and they said they would freeze my account until they got it. Took them a month to process my license and my card is only good at CVS drug store an everything else is Denied. So unhappy with the company.

Do not get a card with them

Do not get a card with them. Do not support their predator way of doing business. They charged me $250 annual fee for a $1,000 credit limit. Credit Carma says not to go above 30% of your limit and just in my fee I am at 25%! I have $50 to use on my new card. Stay as far away as you can. Find a card with no annual fees. Credit carma can find you a no fee card. Wish I had looked closer at this company before I applied. Don’t do it! Stay away.

It the worst card you can ever get

It the worst card you can ever get, plus they cancelled the card with out me knowing why soon as it was cancelled they sent it to a collection agency. I had the card for 1 month and it had a thousand dollars credit limit, so I am paying back the annual fee because I never got to use it. Customer service was the worst. If you going to be in the US need to know how to speak English
And they are just getting over. I would not recommend this company to aliens. Do not apply for this card

I used my card as I was traveling

I used my card as I was traveling, they closed my account due to suspicious activity. No asking me if it was me, nothing. Just closed it. I paid the $125 annual service fee the week I got the card. What a way to steal money. They said I'll get it back, if it's approved, in 45 days. Horrible company

Indigo cc through Celtic bank is a joke. Missed payments due to autopay set ups,got no notice because I went paperless, yet could never access the app till just last couple of years...just recently ( last year) got everything resolved as far as autopay and app - started with 550 rating, now at 690 and much better cards and limits. They don't go above 300$ limit. I refuse to close because it's my oldest account though but just want to warn others...stay away!!

Worst Experience Ever

Indigo Card (Concora Credit) closed my account and the card never even arrived. I called the company and a representative informed me that it was closed due to inactivity. Weeks later, I received a letter in the mail from them and the reason changed to that they closed the account due to suspicious activity. I will never again do business with Concora Credit. This is unacceptable.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars! I used the card, totaling in $657, once the charges were processed and the balance owed was available, I scheduled a payment to pay it in full. Next day I go to check the app to see if they had started processing the payment and it showed that I had didn’t have any payments scheduled. I thought that maybe it was a mistake on my part and since I didn’t have a corresponding email with a confirmation number and the money hadn’t been deducted from my account, I schedule the payment again, not wanting to carry a balance on the card. The very next day I see a charge for over $1200 in my check account for the card. Check their app and it shows -$657. I called customer service to request a refund and they said while they could refund the overpayment, it would take up to 45 days for me to receive a paper check. I spoke with a manager who was no more help that the regular customer service rep, stating that they cannot expedite the refund or just refund it directly to my checking account which is bullshit. They had the ability to draft the money in less than 48 hours. There is absolutely no reason it should take that long to process the refund when the entire reason the overpayment happened to begin with is because their system never showed the initial payment. Any other card I’ve ever had wouldn’t have even let an overpayment occur but these people gladly took the money and have done nothing to correct their issue. Closed the account immediately.

Guiness Record for Most One Star Reviews

I was just about to apply since I'd like to have more available credit to boost my score but was concerned about their request for a government issued ID showing my full social security number. Like what? My draft card? Govt hasn't put ss numbers on Medicare cards in years and no way I was sending them my ss card. THEN I read the reviews! I have never seen so many one star reviews in my life and most of them said they'd give zero stars if they could. Canceled the application out of fear. Glad I didn't fax them my info. Also they seem to prefer snail mail. Weirdos and most likely scammers.
