You will never get what you order from there guys total scam. Waited months you will get BS tracking and promising emails but not the product. PayPal will eventually reimburse you if your lucky enough to have used them.
It will still take months to receive the refund but better than nothing

On 03/24/21 placed order. fast forward to to day 6/28/2021 received e-mails from MARIO AND ZAKI.over the past 2 months.these a string along e-mails.Filed claim with pay pal, we will see how this goes.A few days back received another e-mail from ZAKI telling me it could be COVID. tracking says package is in NEW YORK for the past 3 weeks .at this point we will see if paypal has my back or maybe I will get my package.I have $749.50 on the line pay pal gives you /them 180 day to make it right. oh I almost forgot ZAKI says that I will receive a full refund of the shipping charges charged me and be paid out when the package is delivered by the delevery service.to my address. This all sounds to good to be true AKA as a crock of S***!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE I AM A WINNER PAYPAL HAD MY BACK $739.50 BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AS OF JULY 5 2021. NOW WE NEED THE BIG BOYS TO CATCH THE THIVES. DON’T BUY ANY THING FROM INDOGENERATORSTORE.COM

Tried to order, but the company is a fake. The bank there has no account for that company. In my case I'm glad. They didnt get any money. The deals they show are just to good to be true. It's a scam dont order.

I bought the Honda pair generators 2200 back in December 20 they never showed up tried to contact Mario many times no response this is a scam my friends told me the price was to good to be true. We just purchase a new camp trailer needed generators we are on a fixed income now we got screwed. Truly my worst experience ever. Stephen Marshall Wilbur Wa.

I bought a generator in December of 2020 and have never received it as of March 2021. I have tried to contact them with no response back. This generator was almost $3000. We have started a dispute with PayPal to try and get our money back. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this fraudulent company, you will not receive your order. I will continue to fight this company until I receive a full refund from you scam artist. You should be put out of business immediately!!

This was easily the biggest scam for generators, don't even attempt to look at these. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true.

Great prices that are too good to be true. This is a scam.
They send you a Bill of Laden via DHL and give you a tracking number. They tell you shipping takes a long time.
They set up fake tracking to make you think it is coming. Mine was tracked through jimmijunandalogistics DOT com/tracking-search.php
They never answered any of the various means of communication that I tried.

There are various other similar sites, JohnsMowerStore.com, WilliamsBestTools.com with similar address, layout and design. I suspect they are scams as well. Probably by the same outfit.

emailed them no reply,wanted to find out more info on ordering 2 honda generators,WOW glad i found this Trustpilot before i ordered,just seemed too good to be true ,the prices are so appealing and shipping seems realistic,WOW really good SCAM,i agree with my research ive done now please stay away this is a SCAM!!! they still havent emailed me for the original info i asked for,no comunication at all yet,thank you trustpilot!

I purchased a Honda 2200i from this company in February 2019. Paid for air freight and paid for customs clearance in New York, also. According to their tracking info, it travelled around the world by boat (not air) and landed in New York. They communicated for a while and promised it would be delivered in a few days; and that they would refund the air freight shipping charges ($300). I started several claims with PayPal but all i got out them was to wait until i received it, then refuse it or return it, before they would process a refund. I think IndoGen played me to the extreme and ran out the clock on PayPal's refund policy (6 months). I wrote a long letter to PayPal with supporting documents of all correspondence, bill of lading and tracking. They have not responded; and now IndoGen is ignoring my inquiries & I'm out $1100. Don't be a sucker. Never buy from this criminal operation. Bummer.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Don't use. Fake bill of lading, looks legit but months later and nothing to show for the order, I'm convinced it is a scam. Contacted vendor several times, no response. Now contacting authorities.

I order a generator back on 06/22/2020 and have yet to receive anything but a shipping order. Biggest mistake ever, so now to deal with PayPal. I thought this would cover me in case of a fraudulent transaction. Anyone considering an order.....don't.

SCAM! Bought in July never received, it's now pushing November-no generator....save yourself the aggravation, and dont buy from them. Have started a paypal dispute, so hopefully will get $ back

SCAM ARTISTS!!! Why is this allowed in the United States of America? If SOOOOOO many have been scammed by the Indo crooks, then why is their site still allowed to sell FAKE generators? I could understand if this were Twitter or Facebook, as they ONLY remove the those speaking the truth. Someone with authority PLEASE remove this site.

SCAM. Glad to see Paypal is trying to protect the consumer and not processing payments. Generac generators are made in the U.S. and therefore a foreign company will not likely have them. The Generac price to a dealer, such as Lowe's, is higher than what this company advertises them for. No way possible to buy them under $4500.00 for a 22kw

SCAM! We also order a product in January and as of July have never received it. They kept sending emails saying it was on the way and now they are sending fake tracking numbers to PayPal. Exhausting, they are thieves. These reviews were not available when we bought ours or we would not have ordered anything from them.

I purchased a generator in January. My story was exactly like others on this site. Great communication at first, then nothing. I have filed with Pay Pal. Do not fall for this scam. It looks good at first but you finally realize you have been scammed. You have 180 days to file a dispute with Pay Pal. Sadly l learn again that if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

SCAM. Just like the other bad ratings on here, I ordered a generator that was never delivered. They send documents to make it seem legitimate, but no product ever arrives.

This company is a criminal operation. I purchased a generator back in February and still have not received it - its now 4/25/2020. They quickly answered email to ensure they could get you to pay taxes thru their shipper who is also fraudulent. Once received, they stop all communications. I opened a case with Paypal, where they are completing an investigation which I’m certain will find that Indogeneratorstore.com was/is fraudulent. Do not buy anything from this store and avoid these over seas purchases from Indonesia. I sincerely hope you see these reviews before you make the mistake I made.
