This company is a scam. I purchased 2 honda generators back in sept 2019 and still have not received them - its now 4/6/2020. At first all my inquiries (via email) were answered fairly quickly, so I felt good things were on the up and up. By Feb 2020 they stopped replying to my emails. I opened a case with Paypal, where they completed an investigation and found that Indogeneratorstore.com was/is fraudulent. Fortunately Paypal refunded the price of my purchase, but did not refund the $200 plus shipping fee. Do not buy anything from this store. Avoid all over seas purchases from Indonesia. I've seen other websites similar to this one promising the same Honda generators at incredible prices. They are scams as well. Hope this info helps someone out. thanks, Ryan
