This company has no security in Égypte

This company has no security. Today the driver attacked me to steal my stuff and break my phone. I filed a complaint with the company and I have not received any response. I do not recommend you to use this company especially if it is at night or... if you are a foreigner. Their alternative, Uber, is safer in Egypt

worst and the worst service. high charges and drivers are very unprofessional. initially when indrivers came in the market it was charging fare price but from last 1 years the price is higher than uber sometimes. drivers they accept it and cancel it without informing the customer. Complaint Regarding Unfair Pricing Practices on InDrive

Dear InDrive Team,

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with your pricing practices, specifically during special events. Today, on Bhai Tikan (Nepal), I noticed that fares were significantly increased, a pattern that was also apparent during the SAFF games. During these times, your app imposes a minimum fare of 600 Rs, preventing customers from booking rides at a reasonable price.

I was forced to pay over 200% of the usual fare for a short 10-minute drive, which is simply unacceptable. Even the drivers I spoke to expressed their dissatisfaction with this policy, stating that they are losing customers due to these inflated charges. They also mentioned the inconvenience of having to explain and defend these high prices to their riders.

Due to this negative experience, both my friend and I have decided to uninstall the InDrive app, and we urge others to consider doing the same. We hope that InDrive reconsiders this approach to pricing, as it is clearly damaging your relationship with customers and harming drivers as well.

Careem is way better than this burglary company

I left my phone in the car I used from your app in Egypt 18.10.2024
Around 5am I contacted the customer service after telling me to be sure the phone will be returned, nothing returned they never contacted me and now the phone lost this is complete burglary and will never use this service again, I even give them my UK number after they convinced me to return the phone . Next time when I go to Egypt I will report this to the security.

Location poorly

Location poorly. Communication between costumer and driver is worst. They never have the right waiting time and it is not option to switch a driver due that they will still charge you . I am sorry for the drivers but their company is basic .Uber it is more expensive that this company but the service it is much superior. I will stop using this app . I will recommend you to do the same

INDRIVE MOROCCO

I am using indriver Morocco for more than a year and I always have weird or bad experiences.
I always have to go look for change myself while the driver stays in the car, THIS IS NOT HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED.
Unsafe driving, bad smells, cigarette smells or even hashi**
I order a specific type of car for some events and they present themselves with stinky or cheap cars.
They also get annoyed and upset when I do not have the same amount as the ride price.
Like what in the world is this app?? I never googled the reviews or spoke about it with someone but today I've had enough.

Be careful you don’t leave anything in the car you hired. Indrive claims to have a support system and you can message the agent - even indicate the car make /driver name but they do not help!

A dangerous driver!

If there was no star, I would’ve put it for Indriver Egypt. Less than 5mins into the ride, the horrible driver kicked me out of the car with my kids, at night in the middle of nowhere, just because I asked him to close the window on my side!!! He was extremely aggressive!!

The indrive customer support really ruin my day, I called the support Centre just to explain how disappointed I am with the timing on the app, she was not listening, she just kept talking, very rude. I needed to get a relief about how the timing was not correct but she end up

Their outstation service is full of frauds

Their outstation is full of frauds. Driver accepts the request. Then ask for a bit more money. I said ok and be on time next day. In morning driver is saying he is coming. And after making me wait for more than one hour he said we need more money. The driver agency name was "Manroop tour and travels" From mohali, chandigarh. Beware of those people. If driver once accept then they must complete the ride.

If I could give zero star I would be…

If I could give zero star I would be the happiest. Such disgusted with the terrible drivers and the way they drive. This one today crossed all limits. Over speeding on busy roads like jessore road and VIP. Inspite of giving repeated reminders he wont slow down. Literally was about to meet an accident.

I’ve only had 3 good experiences

I’ve only had 3 good experiences with InDrive. The rest were terrible, drivers constantly canceling the ride even if it says they are 1 minute away. This time the driver was supposed to have arrived to me in 3 minutes. 3 minutes somehow converted to 10+ minutes without any response from him I did not know what to do. I contacted support and ordered a Lyft. Suddenly the guy appears. I told him I ordered another ride and I canceled. Horrible experience I’m late for work this may be my last attempt with InDrive.
