Reliving what I enjoyed doing as a kid myself, now together with my son. Apart from the time well spent constructing, making new rides as they grow without having to find a way to get rid of the old ones is an added bonus.

Their black friday deal is misleading marketing. The ultimate package price was GBP 1307 two weeks ago now at black friday its GBP 1410. Lost my trust in this product.

Great customer service
My recent interaction with the company was to arrange shipping a replacement part for our Infento kit. It was easily taken care of through a couple short email exchanges. Overall, the kit has been a huge success in our household. It stays built as a go-cart and our 4yr old uses it every day. We did modify it with a 40v ryobi battery, however, as the motor failed with a summer of hard use and weather exposure.

I'm using infento at my school
I'm using infento at my school. These are young adults with learning-disabilaties. It gives them a great sense of independence to work with this building-method.
My own experience is also very positive, as far as use and clarity of guidance is concerned.
My only small critique is the availability of extra's, or replacements.

The battery connection to the pack is flimsy
The battery connection to the pack is very sensitive. Was damaged on first use and we had to buy a new battery and battery holder costing over 200euro. This is a toy built for small children to use. Should be childproof.

Excellent first impressions
Product arrived quickly.
Only got to build the Misrtal with a few children yesterday having purchased the kit earlier in the year. We are investigating if we should purchase more kits with a view to running Infento workshops with local primary school children.
Unfortunately a few pieces were missing and we had to purchase a few bits before completing the ride today.
The boys who participated aged 11, 12 and 14 were asked to build 3 different parts of the bike. They stuck at the tasks and enjoyed themselves for over 2 hours before we realised we were missing the few parts. We had also used some of the wrong sized bolts earlier on and therefore didn't have the correct ones to complete one of the sections. The boys did have adults assisting them.
The two younger boys returned today to try out the fully assembled drifter and, whereas I thought it might be a bit slow, they thought the speed was perfect and found the ride fun and really "drifty".
We will continue to evaluate the overall experience, but our initial impression is very positive. We think Primary school workshops centered around building an Infento ride would offer significant benefits for participating children and finishing the activity with a ride through an obstacle course would provide an exciting and memorable finale, reinforcing both the fun and educational value of the workshop.
Just an update to thank support for sending on missing parts promptly. Deserves more than 4 stars originally given so updated to 5.

We love lego like things
Me and my daughter loves lego and create things, so to do it with vehicles also fun and she enjoy the creations. My little son also started to use it.The reason I gave 4 star is the 2.0 parts are not fully compatible with 1.0 kits.
