We really love this kit. It is awesome and allows us to work together with the kids for building rides. They enjoy a lot riding on them...I've also done :) and the feeling of riding a vehicle you have built with your own hands is very nice.
Besides, the customer service is really good: they reply soon and always try to help.
We bought the 2.0 Ultimate Kit which is quite new but there are already a lot of manuals for building rides...or you can imagine your own.

Great stuff. We use it in a high school. Kids love to work with it. The rides are sturdy, as they have used them every break for weeks with minimal problems.
Now we aim for having guidelines for designing and building our own rides.

Great product. Delivered on time and very well packaged. My Son loves the infento set. Quite a lot of money but you can build up over time by upgrading sets. Really good quality product, and instructions to set up are super clear. Highly recommend

Great time building vehicles with the kids and they are having a blast testing those.
The electrical part worked flawlessly and it makes even more interesting and good learning experience.

This is a genuinely cool product and my kids had a blast putting it together.
Mine originally didn't work, but customer service was super helpful and mailed me a replacement part and now it is working.
Pretty cool idea for creative kids.

Why i rate it a 4 and not a 5?
I want to be honest, this is an amazing product both as built quality and as a concept!
Fun, educational, it builds relationships and it creates experience.
So well done Infento!
I rate it a 4 for just one thing that some will consider it a detail, but i think it is quite important.
It is a marketing fault at my opinion, that the company is making.
When as a parent you choose a certain kit, you do it because you have your reasons.
Maybe because you decide that this particular kit is the best for your child, or because you can’t afford another kit.
But when the box arrives at your home and you open it with your son or daughter for the big surprise full of excitement, the first thing on top of the box is the Infento marketing magazine with a big picture of the most impressive Infento vehicle from the most expensive kit. Of course your kid sees this vehicle and starts shouting: “i want this vehicle, i want this vehicle!!!”.
And then you have to explain that we can not do this vehicle because we have a different kit. And just like that the excitement turns into disappointment.
I really hope that a company that obviously cares about kids psychology, will fix that.
The marketing staff is for the parents eyes only, not the kids.

Best decision I made to purchase Infento for my family!

Ordering and delivery of the product was extremely easy and straightforward, and delivery was exceptionally quick, once the order was processed. The way the kit is put together makes it extremely easy to find what you need to build the toys. Construction plans are excellent and very simple to follow. Finally, the amount of tous that can be built for multi aged children, and adults, just makes it an extremely capable kit for many years.

We purchased the Infento Ultimate kit and it has everything you need to build more than 70 different rides for all age groups. My 12 and 8 year old kids love our building sessions and the countless hours of riding their own ride.

What a wonderful idea!!! I am very happy after adquiring an Infento kit. The matherials are of excellent quality, very solid, and constructing the different rides is really funny. Very recommendable product!!

Support always helps you and they dont give uo on you

This is an incredible product. Speaking as one trained in engineering and working in education, the modular, high-quality system has given us so many opportunities to run special activities for intensive classes, science fairs, engineering service projects, demonstrations, and more. We've built large triangular trusses, had an annual 6th grade go-kart race, built a large model of an oil drilling platform, analysed frames, created sturdy moving props for a school play, and even built and delivered a robotic wheelchair to a real client. Super stoked on this year after year!

Great idea for the product and good quality of parts.

Should do better job on manuals and extensibility.

Manuals are hard to follow and v2 is worse than v1. In v2 there is no list of parts needed for the step and there are some steps omitted overall. It makes it hard to know which part should be used. Also - each part should have a code (like lego pieces) and this code should be on part, on the box where the part is and on the manual. Manual should also list all the parts needed for each model with information which box it can be found in. It would make it much easier to find required parts.

We have invested in v1 (smart kit) but now it's impossible to buy extensions for it and we need to buy whole new set if we want to add electric as child got older. Not good extensibility story. After contacting suport Infento has provided me with discount for te Adventure Kit and informed about coming ability to upgrade from Smart kit.

First, you never verify if someone tried to buy, but the payment has not worked. I checked it a few days later and saw the status is still pending, so I contacted you and found out that you have not received the payment.
Finally, I received the product, but when we started to construct, there were many missing parts!
That is annoying. I had to go to the construction store 2 times to get some parts and improvise.
If you are interested in details, I'll share with you exactly which parts were missing.
Lego would never sell an incomplete set... I think you still have a lot to improve both in communication and in set production.

My son absolutly loved this, such a great way to let your kids creativity flow, Im going to buy more parts now 👍😃
