Extremely satisfied with the Adventure kit, general material quality and delivery speed even to Norway. Customer support is also extremely professional and helpful, since i found out some parts where missing in the kit. Only note might be some slightly more detailed build instructions. Looking forward to the add on kits and new stuff coming in the future.

Really happy with our Infento Ultimate kit. The product’s very good, and the support has been great. Overall, we’re really enjoying it and are impressed with the company.

Got a used Legend Kit for my kids and this is absolutely fenomenal! Parts are great quality, manuals are super clear and I love building it. You can easily modify your rides, add extra seat etc. Great purchase that will last ages. My kids are 10,8, 3 yo and they all love it. Totally recommend!

All in all a great experience! My kids are having a great time with Infento, it has taken them away from the screens, they just can't have enough of it. The purchase method was easy and the delivery was right on time. The only thing I would recommend is to accommodate the plastic screws box better, ours arrived broken (I think mainly due to the weight).
We are already thinking of getting more parts to upgrade the kit, hope infento comes up with individual modules that we can buy to keep growing with the kids and their skills and curiosity.

We definitely recommended for Families with children aged 0-14, parents seeking educational and fun activities, and anyone looking for a sustainable toy option. In my personal opinion, whoever likes assembling no matter the age, I ensure that they could enjoy Infento.

Fantastic product with incredible build quality! I’ve purchased three kits and multiple add ons and two out of the three kits came missing crucial components, customer service was able to help us identify which parts were missing and they promptly shipped out replacements. So my advice would be to check every order thoroughly soon after arrival to ensure you received everything you need to build the rides in the kit as marketed.

I have had to go back and forth with customer service between 15-20 times over various issues, some described above, and most recently about an issue where my motor was shipped to me programmed backwards and simply pressing the reverse button didn’t solve the issue. This resulted in the motor only having one speed no matter which speed you set it to. This was an issue that took four separate service agents to identify, then the fix was simply pressing the power button 5 times… a simple issue that should have simply been noted in the getting started manual.

I will say customer service is good, but it often takes a LOT of tries and a LOT of patience to actually get your missing parts, fix inadequate manuals, and build your rides over the 4-6 hours per ride it takes to assemble.

My 5 and 8 year old LOVE the rides, I as the parent have just had to a deal with a ton to get this $1,500 kit fully working as advertised. Sooooo win for the kids, and ultimately that’s what matters.

I think it was the best gift for my son’s birthday!

We’ve had a few issues and customer support has been quick to respond and help with what’s needed!

I made great rides for my 4 year-old son year by year, and he is so happy and surprised with every new ride. Infento is really a great idea for kids.

I wanted to take a moment to share how much I’m enjoying building the Infento rides. It took a little time to get used to the process, but my speed have improved significantly—I’ve even experimented with a few custom tweaks and personal touches on some of the designs!

Building these rides has become one of the most fun activities to do with my boys. We’re are having an absolute blast. In fact, I find the entire experience so satisfying that I wish I could spend all day tinkering with these creations!

Speaking of which, I’m eagerly awaiting the availability of spare parts. I’d love to purchase additional batteries and a few accessories to expand our projects.

The engineering behind Infento products is truly mind-boggling and incredibly impressive.

Infento is an outstanding learning tool that can be utilized from a young age to teen years. It teaches mechanical skills through building basic ride scooters to more advanced motorized builds. The reward is spending time riding them. As you continue building you will soon be creating your own custom rides. Infento is fun for the entire family! Rick (Canada)

Good product, my grandson has really enjoyed building Bulldog, but we had to wait many weeks for the additional components to arrive.

I like all parts kits and everything but this time the delivery was approximately 1.5 months

The new e-pulse is very cool. It takes a lot of time to regulate the breaks and not always it can be well regulated - break still touches the disk whatever we do.
But kids are very happy regardless.

It's a great idea, my kids love lego, yet I've just spent 3 hours on a build with my 7yr old to find that they haven't sent all of the parts that are required so the whole kit is now sat redundant whilst I try and get someone in customer service to help - Good luck with that!!

I spent £600 on the Volt kit that builds 11 different models. I wrote an email to them stating that I was missing some parts and sent an overview of the missing bits along with a request for them to send them quickly.

Since that, I have had an email exchange with 'Lisa' in customer service who told me 'the manual is wrong'... So I should pick something else to build? Hang on, first of all, you are advertising this pack as being able to build the Maverick, now you're telling me I can't do it? Then she tells me, you can build it, but the manual is wrong and we know about it, sorry about the inconvenience. Oh, that's great Lisa, how does that help us though? Spoiler alert, it doesn't help us at all and you probably shouldn't sell Christmas presents that you know aren't working!!

So yeh, still no resolution and a £600 pile of parts sat in the corner. Cheers Lisa & Infento...

Ordered December 18 with “2-4 day “ shipping. Received a notice December 23 that it was delayed and would be here before January 1. It still has not shipped and company has not responded to my emails. Heartbroken nine year old with nothing from Santa. Angry Santa! No US phone number.

Couldn’t wait until Christmas to gift this kit to my grandson ( because i couldn’t wait to start building ) kept us busy for hours.

love that my nephew enjoy building it and that he has unlimited option in his creative mind to make custom rides too
