I had some issue with cell reception and I contacted support. The issue was complex. Tom took my case and we exchanged messages a few times. He took time to understand the my problem, proposed a couple of solutions, obtained approvals from his managers, and eventually resolved the issue for me. He is very helpful.

Great customer service, very helpful

Jack was the best I had a small problem figuring out the settings and he talked me through it couldn’t have done it without him and it was easy to set up and activate the sim with this network.

I'm always nervous about trying a phone service that I've never used before, but I've been so impressed. I have the 10GB plan. It's all I need every month, and you can't beat the price. Cell service is great. No complaints. Customer service is super responsive on both occasions I've connected with them.

I’ve been using infiMobile for the past year and I’m very impressed. I had a 10 GB plan for my dad at $99/year (renewed this year for $75), and it worked flawlessly with no drops or slowdowns. I also added a 5 GB plan for my mom at $49/year, and it’s just as reliable with great coverage. infiMobile’s flexibility and customer support really stand out. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

It took several attempts with the support team, but once Jack took over, everything went smoothly. Suggest that they include much more detailed instructions on what information needs to be collected before porting a number can occur.

Great pricing. Good service. Once you get over the painful setup at the beginning.

Long story:
Initially I had a lot of difficulty porting in my number into an annual plan and kept trying about 6 times across 3 months. Every time, customer service (only reachable by chat and daily emails) said just wait for the port-in to complete...but it never worked. Unfortunately after 60 days of non-activation from date of purchase, I was required to pay a $5 fee to extend the 60 day grace period to keep trying. At the end of all these tries, I lost the physical SIM and had to ask them to re-do this with eSIM, which cost another $7 to switch. After about 10 emails and 20 chat conversations and escalations, I finally got the QR code to scan as eSIM and finally got it working. And so far, it works great. Success really depends on finding knowledgeable customer service reps...as they help you really fast, compared to other ones that have to keep talking to some team members to figure things out and tell you "sorry we can't do anything". You just have to be patient with this company.

This service is nothing but a scam. It's purposely set up so that you cannot secure your account with 2FA. No matter what you do, how many times you try, it will kot complete the 2FA setup process. Without 2FA, you cannot move your sim to a different phone. You can't even access your own phone number because if you lose your phone, you can't transfer the sim to your new phone. You're just screwed. Also, most people try out a cheap service like this first on an old phone, to see if it works. That's the goal. You have a plan that can never be moved so you get an old phone with a plan and they get money for a plan you abandon. It cost them nothing to serve all these plans sitting idle and that was the goal all along. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Had problem with activating the phone and got solved immediately during midnight. Customer support Tom is very patient and very knowledgeable.

No BS when porting out, gave me my pin and acct number without a problem. Also offered me a pretty good deal as well. Jack was great!

I had their service a year. I went to renew. On their website they indicated that the renewal would come with hotspot service so I went ahead. I found out before the renewal date that it would not. I requested a refund. They refused to give me one saying that they never offered the hotspot at that price point. Bait and switch.
