I had their service a year. I went to renew. On their website they indicated that the renewal would come with hotspot service so I went ahead. I found out before the renewal date that it would not. I requested a refund. They refused to give me one saying that they never offered the hotspot at that price point. Bait and switch.

They charged 40% tax. Also, Signing up for the service was very quirky. I could not get it to process in my chrome browser or Safari browser on iOS. Had to do it on my desktop.

Great customer service and very patient to assist. but the app does not work. they need to fix it. after I made a password I still could not login even my the password was right when I try to save forgot password ask for phone number but I haven't put my number yet it's very annoying. I had to go to customer service to purchase the service. the apologize for in convenience. I just wanted to purchase the plan. after sign up even I knew the password it did not work. I use their website and app on my phone and computer did not work
