Just had the last of my blinds fitted throughout the house can’t fault any of the staff from all so helpful and polite would certainly recommend

Phoned and arranged an appointment for a Tuesday evening at 4pm, received a phone call to say that the sales representative was in the area on the Wednesday and would it be ok to swap - agreed as it made no difference to me. Cut to today received another phone call to advise that the sales rep would no longer be in the area and that they could offer me an AM appointment on the day originally offered or a weekend appointment within a 4hr time frame in 2.5 weeks time! Explained that some people work and cannot just take time out for appointments, and therefore need consultations outside of school hours. Didn’t seem to be concerned that they would miss out on a guaranteed sale, despite coming highly recommended. I’ve since contacted another local company who are smaller but seem committed to providing a better customer experience! Such a shame that a local business in this day and age can afford to turn away trade. Don’t expect them to help you if you need an appointment after 4pm!

The blinds are absolutly beautiful, the staff are very friendly and service upto high standards. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, well priced and delivered/fitted within the timeframe given. Only reason for a 4-star is because our original installation date got moved (no fault of their own) and the fact they don’t give a more specific time frame on installation day. Staying in the house from 9am-5pm is a long time without knowing what time the fitters will attend. Otherwise, very happy!

Absolutely love our blinds, we had all the windows in our house done and I can not recommend enough, very reasonable price, friendly staff. I have recommend to two family members who have now used them and are very happy.

Heard about these through word of mouth and thought I’d enquire when I needed blinds for my new house, really helpful on the phone and quick appointments for measuring, really polite and honest, the blinds came within the time frame stated and quick to be installed!
Will recommend to anyone who asks where to get good quality and reasonably priced blinds!

Fab service. They came out at the agreed time to measured up and and give advice. We ended up spending a little more than anticipated, but that was our choice as we changed our minds when we knew the options available. All in all excellent service, the blinds were fitted within 2 weeks and they look great. They also did a quick fix another one of our blinds free!

I would highly recommend Infinity Blinds. Their professionalism, speed and mannerisms were impeccable. I must also say that, they are the only company who have delivered and installed on the specified day. As I moved into a new house and furnished it from scratch, all other companies are weeks behind and with one company being 8 months late, if they deliver on their 4th date that is.

I ordered my perfect fit blinds in august i understand there was a 4-6 wait which was fine but when they came late October to fit them they were too small! the fitter who was really nice said he would re order them, but since then I haven't heard a thing off them in regards to new dates!! i think its very poor that I have to keep calling to see what's going on. I've fully paid for these too so thought there customer service would have been a lot better.

After getting quotes from other companies and feeling pushed in to making a decision by pushy salespeople I was recommended by a few people to try infinity blinds.
Lee who came out was smart, polite, took the time to explain about different blinds and additional features that could be added. There was plenty of swatches to look at and was told the advantages & disadvantages of which would look better and which style would suit the room.
Every question I asked was thoroughly answered.
They was fitted well ahead of time which was a bonus and that was carried out efficiently in a clean & tidy manner.
The follow up call from after sales was a lovely gesture to make sure I was satisfied.
Definitely will be using again for the last 3 rooms to be done.
