From start to finish I cannot fault these guys. Very polite and professional. All measured up and fitted within a week, how good is that. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality is second to non. I would definitely recommend Infinity Blinds, 5* in all ways. One very happy customer

Everything was perfect from the first telephone call to Infinity Blinds.The measuring service and installation was second to none.Our instillation was carried out by Dan the fitter who was on time very pleasant polite and got the job done very quickly.The blinds look amazing will definitely order again.Thankyou.

I’d rather leave no stars at all i I could. This company is diabolical. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The customer service and after sales is non existent. I ordered blinds for every window on the 9th August 2022 ( it’s now 11th October) I paid half of the money as a deposit on the day. You are asked to pay the remainder before the actual fitting date, so they’ve had nearly £1200 for all of this time and I’m STILL waiting for 2 blinds to be fitted. The embarrassed fitter turned for the 3rd time this morning, as arranged, to fit the 2 remaining blinds, only without one that hadn’t arrived in time and the one that he did have was the wrong colour again!!! This is the 3rd time and they still cannot get it right. The first time of fitting, 8 blinds all arrived in the wrong colour, and some missing off the order, one completely the wrong size, so all of them had to be re ordered ( bear in mind that this takes approx 3/4 weeks each time) The second time the fitter came with the correct colour but still one missing, and one blind was faulty. Back to the drawing board AGAIN! I have repeatedly asked for the owner of the company to call me and so far all I’ve heard from is the sales rep. This morning after the fitter left I rang the company again, at 9am there was no one there just the answer phone. I left a message for Dan to call me, that’s who I’ve been advised to speak to and I’m STILL waiting (my next stop is the BBC, see what Gloria and the girls can do!) Infinity Blinds don’t care about their customers, they just care about taking their money. I want all of my money back please. My overall advice is to find a better more competent company if you are looking for blinds, and one that actually answers the phone and returns your messages.

Excellent service from start to finish. Helpful sales rep and the fitter did a clean and tidy job, so good in fact I've placed another for the downstairs living rooms.

They were so quick from measuring to fitting. The fitter that came was very friendly and showed me how to work the blinds. I would recommend them to anyone looking for blinds!

Fantastic service from start to finish. I’d had a couple of quotes for a first time fitted blind. No idea how it worked but had a couple of company’s come out and measure. Infinity blinds were the third and last. Sales gent came and measured and talked me through what they could do over face time as I wasn’t at home personally. Such a helpful gent. Quoted so much better than the others so booked there and then. Within a week my blind was made and booked on a two day wait for fitting. The fitter took 15 mins tops. Honestly my first time as a user but their reviews speak for themselves. I would recommend them to anyhow. Outstanding help! Thank you! I love my blind! Mrs sims

I adore my blinds 🥰 they have transformed my house! Great company and staff! great prices no pushy sales and honest opinions and they came even quicker than planned and installation was quick and easy. Followed up the next day to ensure I was happy which I wasn't expecting however I needed an adjustment on my perfect fit blinds for the handles to be shortened so that my little boy didn't yuck at them which they came and did for me no problems. From start to finish this company have been fab and I would highly recommend!

The service from this company is spot on. From talking to staff on the phone, Lee coming to measure up and the chap to install the blinds , could not be better. They are professional and friendly. Good at recommending what type of blind I needed to stop the problem I had. I think the price reasonable too. All round brilliant experience. I will be ordering some more. Thank you

I can not recommend this company enough. From first contact asking for a quote to final fitting the service has been amazing. My blinds look beautiful. The person that came to measure up was brilliant he knew exactly what he was talking about and it was all my choice there was no pushy sales.
The person that came to fit the blinds was excellent. He was so friendly and professional. Then the next day I received a courtesy call asking if everything was ok and to see if I was happy with them. I’m honesty made up with them. I will definitely be having more fitted.

We were really pleases with the service we received from Infinity Blinds Grimsby. All staff who were involved with measuring and installing our blinds were friendly and helpful. The blinds are of great quality and look fabulous. Really happy! Thankyou 😊

Really great experience from start to finish. I wasn't having a good day and Danny the fitter turned up, he was very friendly and professional. I was feeing dissolutioned with my builders having just done a full renovation. Everybody just wanted to do the minimun work for the most pay. Infinity blinds were totally different they were professional, neat and tidy and left me feeling good that there were people out there that cared about their work.
The blinds are great, the service was great I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with my blinds, only ordered them on 10.3.22 and they’ve been fitted today 17.3.22, one very happy customer. Excellent service from start to finish. My conservatory looks bright crisp and inviting. Thank you very much infinity blinds, will definitely recommend to friends and family, in fact I already have.

Absolutely Fantastic! Had a measure and quote December for my new Bungalow, Contacted them MId Feb to place order, Paid the 50% deposit, Contacted me 2 weeks later to advise blinds were ready arranged fitting for the following week, Fitter was lovely, fitted the blinds in no time, took his shoes off with no complaining, fabulous and the blinds look amazing, fab quality, fab service! Highly recommend.

Just had the last of my blinds fitted throughout the house can’t fault any of the staff from all so helpful and polite would certainly recommend

Phoned and arranged an appointment for a Tuesday evening at 4pm, received a phone call to say that the sales representative was in the area on the Wednesday and would it be ok to swap - agreed as it made no difference to me. Cut to today received another phone call to advise that the sales rep would no longer be in the area and that they could offer me an AM appointment on the day originally offered or a weekend appointment within a 4hr time frame in 2.5 weeks time! Explained that some people work and cannot just take time out for appointments, and therefore need consultations outside of school hours. Didn’t seem to be concerned that they would miss out on a guaranteed sale, despite coming highly recommended. I’ve since contacted another local company who are smaller but seem committed to providing a better customer experience! Such a shame that a local business in this day and age can afford to turn away trade. Don’t expect them to help you if you need an appointment after 4pm!
