Similar theme to others

So, I moved into my house in July 2020. I had 5 venetian blinds fitted. This was in and around and just after lockdowns, but after some covid related challenges and giving fitments as they are made to order, I got 5 venetian blinds installed. They were absolutely great, for very nearly 4 weeks. Then the cords started fraying. I contacted Infinity on 3 separate occasions [again post lockdowns], but spoke to someone different everytime. They were massively focused on who the sales agent who sold to me and who was the fitter who installed them. Amazingly, despite the calls, neither the sales person who sold to me, nor the fitter was ever available. I was always going to get a call back. Never did. By xmas 2020, one of the blinds was borderline unusable. Given the blinds are only used once a day this was startlingly poor. I rang Infinity again. I can't recall the name of the lovely gent I spoke to, but, suffice to say I do recall both the laughter and being told about warranty. Unhappy with this level of customer service, I rang back in the new year of 2021, so this would now be call 5 or 6. Amazingly no 'managers' available, number taken, we'll call you back. In June 2021, one of these incredibly robust, well made and well fitted blinds completely fell out of its holdings in the window. Call 7, message left, no call back. 3 years on, I have 4 of the 5 blinds. Every single one of them, the cords, knobs etc have been shot since 6 months from install. Stuff breaks, I get that, but the complete and total disregard to do anything about afterwards. Appalling.

Brilliant company

Brilliant service and communication from this company love the blinds and how quick installation was they were fitted within two weeks very happy and satisfied would definitely recommend.

Really annoyed

Really annoyed. Waited in all day on Saturday for the fitter to send a txt at 3pm saying he won't be attending, and to rearrange the appointment with the office.
Bad service.

Great dealing with infinity blinds from start to finish nothing was to much trouble....very quick on installation of blinds to ...very professional and polite no mess excellent service highly recommended to anyone looking for blinds or shutters

I had perfect blinds for my french doors and new blinds for my kitchen bedroom and living room
Absolutely love them
Fitted within 45 mins and no mess.

These blinds were a complete waste of…

These blinds were a complete waste of money nothing but problems . They go up in a morning down at night difficult to lift and clips wear away manufacturing fault apparantly replaced blinds and doing it again one completely snapped for the price quality crap wish I’d never seen them.

Great product, not so great service.

I can’t particularly fault the product, we’ve had shutters fitted in three windows which do look as good as I imagined and I would say are worth the money. However, the installation was questionable. Once the fitter arrived, two sets of frames were missing from his van which was disappointing. The general customer service of the fitter was poor, swore a lot in our home and did not clean up after himself. A lot of gaps in our shutters which he filled with filler which is all uneven. It’s a shame as the service let down my opinion of this business.

Had blinds fitted 2 years ago…

Had blinds fitted 2 years ago throughout the house, cost of almost £2000 seemed ok to when fitted,
one by one each blind has started to break and bow in bay windows we have rang many times to see if they can be fixed to be told to take a picture and that they need to be replaced, Not good enough after 2 years as minimal usage literally just opening and closing. Actual blinds are ok quality but seem to be fitted very poorly. Have asked for cost to replace but they did not get back to us. Will go elsewhere as not happy to give them anymore money.
Customer service is shocking. Warning they will be more than happy to take your money but no interest from there on.

Dan is your man for fitting those blinds!

Just had our new blinds fitted by Dan from Infinity - WOW! super quick, efficient and a great job. Arrived early which was great because we got our day back. The quality of the blinds excellent, the room looks bigger and so nice to look at - highly recommend.

If you want blinds that last, don't use these

Ordered 4 large venetian blinds, I've barely had them a year and half and the wires are all frayed and blinds no longer work. (This is just from general day-to-day use). Getting an answer or appointment was a nightmare as their customer service is non-existent. The fitter eventually came and said there's nothing they can do to fix, you'll need to buy new ones. They were great the little time we had them – I don't fancy buying new ones every few year so I'm going elsewhere.

Bad fitting experience

Blinds look good, the guy who came with samples was very informative although we wasnt told at point of sale that we would have to get rid of all the cardboard (we was told about this after we paid the 50% and the blinds had arrived in store) we had the full house done so it was a fair few boxes. The fitting wasnt a great experience, furniture was moved and not put back, bits of rubbish left in each room (we have a little girl who loves to find things she shouldnt and put them in her mouth), noone attempted to clean up any of the drilling mess that was made (or even mentioned that it needed cleaning), there was extra things left in the boxes including the hooks for the cords which would have been handy to know about having a child around but we wasnt made aware of this, when the fitters finished they just took the final payment and went. The fitting service was so poor it unfortunately stops me from recommending the company to family and friends.

Infinity shutter review ...excellent

From start to finish everything went according to plan from measurement to installation. Dan the fitter was excellent, very clean and skilful and offered advice with cleaning the shutters and keeping them in good condition. Would definately recommend on price and service.Thankyou

We have used infinity blinds now for…

We have used infinity blinds now for the second time and received a very professional service rom start to finish.
Lee came to measure our perfect fit blinds, he was very friendly, efficient and offered some good suggestions for colours and styles.
Daniel, the fitter rang before arriving and fitted the blinds and effective and left everything clean and tidy before leaving.
one of the blinds were sent out wrong size, a mistake made by the manufacturer, it was reordered quickly and a courtesy call from the team to let us know it would be booked in ASAP to be fitted.
They look great and good quality at the best prices. Really pleased with them.

Good experience - Infinity Blinds

We had the windows measured and looked at the various options for blinds to suit the rooms. The gentleman gave us an immediate quote which we accepted and he put the order in there and then. On the arranged day a fitter came with all the blinds in boxes and started installing them. He had to make some slight adjustments to curtain rails to allow the blinds to sit proud of the window handles but he did that quickly and efficiently. One of his colleagues then turned up to help and between them they installed the wooden effect venetian blinds in 2 rooms with bay windows plus another plain white one in the bathroom and a 'pull drop' blind in the kitchen. They completed the whole of this in literally just a few minutes which was very impressive and they were done perfectly and with no fuss. You have to clear up the packaging yourself for recycling but that wasn't a hardship. Overall a very stress free and notable experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Stressful on the day of fitting.

From booking a quote, placing an order and paying the deposit… faultless.
I was called on the Wednesday for fitting two days later, I paid the rest of the cost in full and they were booked in for Friday between 9-5… again, smooth process.

I take the day off work waiting in for them all day… it gets to 15:40…. I haven’t heard a thing from anyone about coming. I contact them via Facebook messenger to ask when they will be coming…. I then call them and tried to ask where they were. I got cut off and they switched their phone off.

They reply back to me on Facebook stating the fitter has a family emergency and they will come on Tuesday to fit.

That was no good for me work wise and I was utterly disgusted that I was cut off and ignored by phone.

I started to panic that I’d paid a lot of money and I heard nothing from them on the day of fitting.

I asked for a full refund and they said the office manager will be out to fit it on the same original day around 6/7pm.

My partner waited in for them…. They didn’t show up again because they picked up the wrong blinds!

Let down TWICE in less than 12 hours.

They arranged for a fitter to come the next day (Saturday) to which Dan turned up.

He phoned me in the morning to arrange a time, kept me up to date on his ETA and came to fit the blinds.

His workmanship was faultless and his customer service was impeccable. Blinds look great.

We have the rest of our house to have blinds fitted, sadly, I will be going elsewhere for the rest of the work.

cords showing through window when fully up…

The blinds are of good quality the problem is you can see the draw strings quite clearly from outside when pulled up had blinds before but never came accross where the cords come down should have been more to the right so they rest behind my upc window told thats how they have come from manufacturer woild not get this company again have blinds all through my last house all cords concealed in widow frame told to put a bracket on so you can tie them up when you have them raised up fully never heard anything like it
