Very prompt and helpful service from Scott and the team. Less than a few weeks from initial survey to install and very happy with the standard of work completed. The team is very happy to source the most suitable products, rather than a one-size-fits-all, which allowed us to have the water tank in our preferred location (which was not possible in quotes from other suppliers). Overall, would highly recommend as always quick to respond to any queries we had throughout the process.

The team who fitted our heating pump were experts. If there were any difficulties they overcame them, having experience and a professional attitude. They were clean and respectful to our home and everything works perfectly. This company can be proud of their guys. I can recommend this company to anyone. Well pleased.

Such an easy process,
From initial contact, getting a survey completed and agreeing install specs was so stress free.
Install team arrived on the day and time as agreed, took a quick look around property, and started work.
All floors, and stairs were covered in a protective surface, old system was removed and new one fully installed in one day. Very little mess & no damage to other areas of the house.
The team did not stop all day,
All old radiators and water tank taken away. All packaging from new system was all cleared up and taken away.

Scott and his team carried out an exceptional job on the heat pump installation. Installed heat pump, water tank and radiators all within a day while disposing of all my old equipment and tidying up, efficient and effective team. They where knowledgeable in answering my questions and provided me with confidence that they where the right team to choose. I would highly recommend ( as I have to my brother already) and would use again for any more eco friendly options going forward. Thank you Infinity heat pumps team.

My boiler broke and I wanted to be off gas as I have solar and a large battery bank so it made sense. Oliver came round and was amazing, it’s so refreshing after 3/4 sales people came round. They could fit 3 days later, how’re the forts heat pump was dead and they couldn’t get it going, came the next day with a new circuit board but it didnt help, then they came and replaced the whole system with a new and we were up and running, however the radiators wouldn’t heat up but hot water was amazing, they came back today again and fitted a big booster pump and now it’s running great with hot water to all 23 radiators, we won’t know how it performs till winter of course but so far so good I would defo recommend

Quick to respond to initial inquiry Oliver came and explained and there was no pressure to sales,he explained in simple terms and from a fitters point of view not a salesperson which I liked . Explained the government grant which was a bonus. Was very nervous going ahead with it due to being on solid glue heating for 30 years plus . Had EPC done then Scott arranged a visit to go through the sizes of radiator heat pump and cylinder.
The installers came at 8.15am and didn’t leave until 6.45pm they worked hard hardly any damage paint on skirting but you expect that with new pipes fitted, they cleared up after themselves too . Had a few teething problems messaged Scott and within a couple of hours he had responded and had Phil on the way . Hats off to Phil he explained how to used the app and radiators effectively and nothing was too much bother

Recently had infinity install a complete new heat pump system and a re-pipe as I had an old unreliable one pipe system and boiler.
Initially they were really quick to respond to my enquiry.
The price was really good compared to a re-pipe and new boiler, thanks to the government grant, as well as compared to other quotes I got from other heat pump companies.
Scott attended and gave a practical resolution to my heating situation and how we could minimise exterior pipework and damage to decorated rooms.
The exterior pipe work is minimal. I had all new radiators installed, which more or less matched my previous, so only some minor redecorating to do.
They worked really long days with little breaks and also sorted out a little glitch with the shower really promptly. I was really impressed with how hard they worked and how tidy they were. They took away all the rubbish.
I was a little nervous about the damage it may cause or the size of the fan but as I said redecorating was minimal and the fans are big but I was able to get it installed in a corner where I can put up trellis to hide it. Plus it is really really quiet.
The hot water pressure has also improved.
I’m looking forward to reliable heating this winter! Thank you to all the team.

Working with Scott and his engineers has been a positive experience.

After speaking with other Heat Pump companies, the team at Infinity demonstrated their knowledge, not just in the products they sell but in the installation and deployment of the goods.

Following a MCS survey in advance by a third party, the quote / information pack was extremely detailed and informative.

On the day of install (2x day fit) his 2x engineers and 1x Electrician were clean and tidy, leaving no mess.

Handover was informative and they handled all of the registrations of the product the next working day as well as MCS certification.

Following some tech issues that resulted in heating being permanently on. Quick resolution through communications with Scott and Phil. Much appreciated. Thank you

We made enquiries about having an air source heat pump fitted half way through an extension... Richard came round and listened to what we said and gave us expert advice and a matter of days later the installation team were on site- fitting the heat pump, cylinder and 14 radiators all in one day! They were polite and courteous and very tidy we were AMAZED with the speed and quality of the job Thank you to Scott & team- Another satisfied customer 5*

Fantastic and amazing.
Have to be honest I was sceptical and nervous about getting a heat pump.
So many companies send round an annoying salesman and it puts me off .
Scott from Infinity came around was straight talking and answered all questions without putting us through loads of flannel about savings etc.
Come the day , old oil boiler removed , 13 new radiators fitted , new water tank fitted, heat pump installed all in one day.
Completely blown away by how outstanding that was.
Scott managed to get us a government grant so this reduced the overall cost to less than half the total cost.
This was the winning item.
Other companies had said we don't qualify for government grant as neither me or my wife have ever claimed benefits of any kind having worked all our days.

Cowboy outfit! Ripped the carpet up and made a bodge job of re-laying. The customer service since being installed has been totally non-existent, ignoring emails, and phone calls for something as simple as reconnecting the unit to a new Wi-Fi router. AVOID

Step by step process, all the guy's I dealt with were polite, not pushy, clarity on the deal & how the system will perform was spot on.
On the day of installation we were inundated with a great set of workmen, team work second to none, worked clean, worked tidily & myself & my wife are very happy with the end result. Oh & yes, we're warm!!!

Perfect experience from start to finish. The price was also very competitive. I have been in the PV Industry for 18 years and ASHP industry is very similar because it’s a new industry and there a lot of cowboys about but luckily for me I got Scott who knows his stuff and answered all my questions and more. The process was painless and the installation team were friendly, polite, very tidy and again explained the system as they went. No disruption and they took all the rubbish and old radiators with them. I would go no further than Infinity and I have spoken to Scott to allow people to call me or even check my system out if they wish. That’s how impressed I am with them. The system is running as expected, my solar storage is enough to run the radiators and have a bath for free.

Richard and Scott were very knowledgeable about Heat Pumps and explained the difference between these and my old oil system. They answered all my questions satisfactorily and made every effort to fit the work in at short notice. The installation team worked quickly, tidily and efficiently. These guys know what they're doing. The next day one of my radiators was cold. A quick call to Scott who told me what to do to get rid of an air lock. All was resolved within half an hour.
I'm very happy with my Air-Source Heat Pump. I love the way that the temperature is smoothed out throughout and there are no longer any cold spots.

We had moved in to a new property we had no heating or hot water.

Very pleased with my new heat pump install from Infinity Heat pumps, I’ve had a great service from start to finish from the initial survey to completion.
A full survey was arranged so all the equipment was sized correctly for my house size.
The install team were very clean and tidy but also very quick and efficient in their work.
The heat pump is heating my home throughout at a constant temperature of my choice and also saving me money on my energy costs.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Infinity Heat Pumps. I had a visit at home from Richard who was very informative re: a product that I had limited previous knowledge of. He answered all of my questions regarding the whole process and at no point was he pushy regarding the purchase of the system. Scott then visited and again was very informative explaining and showing me the location of each part of the system and the new radiators. On the day of instillation we had four men install the system and they left no mess and were very thorough in their job. We love our new heating system which is easy to use and gives us bespoke heating and constant hot water.

From the start, initial meeting, the subsequent survey and then the installation, it was all very professional and efficient. The installation team were great, adaptable and pleasant to have around. All in all a good experience with the bonus of a lovely warm house, which is future proofed.
